Packers WR Jordy Nelson (back) put in a full week of practice and isn’t listed on the final injury report. He’s good to go for Sunday’s game in Minnesota. Nelson could see a bunch of CB Xavier Rhodes but remains a must-start in season-long leagues.

Packers WR Jordy Nelson put in a full practice on Wednesday. He's listed on the injury report with a back issue, rather than the previously reported hamstring. Regardless, Nelson is on track to play against the Vikings this weekend. He'll see plenty of shutdown CB Xavier Rhodes in that one, but Nelson is worth keeping in fantasy lineups.

Packers WR Jordy Nelson was on the sidelines for the final drive of yesterday's win over the Cowboys with a hamstring injury, according to NFL.com's Michael Silver. Neither Nelson nor HC Mike McCarthy had an update after the game. The fact that Nelson couldn't be out there at such a crucial time, though, suggests that this is something we'll need to monitor closely this week.

Injury Predictor

Nelson was named the NFL Comeback Player of the Year in 2016 after he missed all of 2015 due to a torn ACL he suffered during the preseason. He logged 16 games last season — just as he had in 2013 and 2014 — ending the year with 97 catches for 1,257 yards, and 15 TDs. In 6 of his 9 NFL seasons, Nelson has played a full slate of 16 games. The 32-year old Pro Bowler hasn’t shown any diminishment of his skill set. Let’s hope he can stay away from another major injury.
