Gurley has 2 of the 3 main keys for fantasy value: talent and opportunity. In his 1st NFL season, he returned from a major injury to perform like an elite RB. It’s scary to think that he doesn’t turn 22 until August 3. There’s no doubt the Rams will feature him as their centerpiece. And as bad as the Rams’ offense looks on paper, it’s tough to oversell Gurley’s superb individual talent. We knock Gurley slightly because of limited receiving upside, but he’s still a mid-1st round pick across formats.
