Frequently Asked Questions

  • What does the 'injury risk' number signify?

It's a subjective ranking that we give each player on a scale from 10-90. The higher the number, the greater injury risk. You should consider a player's injury risk when drafting.

  • Can I pay by check or money order?

Yes, fill out the form on the order page and then print it out. Please mail it, along with the check or money order made out to Draft Sharks, to:

    Draft sharks, Inc.
    P.O. Box 94
    Penfield, NY 14526-0094

  • As you upgrade/downgrade players through the summer, will the changes be reflected on my MVP Board?

Yes, the changes in projections automatically change your MVP Board. The only exception are the players whose projections you have changed. They remain the same.

  • What does ADP stand for?

verage Draft Position... We now have on-site ADP data (under 'Features') that uploads directly every week from Xpertsports.com. We even added ADP for IDPs (Individual Defensive Players). ADP simply tells you when thousands of people are selecting players...

  • My login won't work on the message board.

The login for the message board is a seperate login. You must go register for the message board, and create another login.

  • I'm in an auction league that uses flex players. I notice that when I INCREASE the number of roster players, the dollar values of the players actually DECREASES. It seems that because of the laws of supply-and-demand, as the number of players increase, so should the dollar value...

That seems to make sense. But actually when the number of roster spots increase, the MVP Board notes that you have the same amount of money to fill out a larger roster. Thus it is spreading your salary cap thinner -- and player dollar values DECREASE. If you want to put more of a premium on your starters (and hope you can steal some backup players for a minimum of money) then put your number of roster spots equal to your number
    of starters.

  • I can login but when I try to go to the MVP Board, it sends me to the order page...
