Vikings QB J.J. McCarthy is out for the second half of Sunday's game vs. the Giants with a right hand injury. He was presumably hurt when he took a big hit on a sack-fumble at the end of the second quarter. QB Max Brosmer will finish out this game for Minnesota. We'll keep you updated on McCarthy's status.

Cowboys WR Ryan Flournoy injured his knee in the first half of Sunday's game vs. the Chargers and won't return. He'd emerged as Dallas' No. 3 WR and caught both of his targets for 18 yards and a score before exiting. Flournoy's absence figures to mean a few extra targets to go around to CeeDee Lamb, George Pickens, and Jake Ferguson.

Falcons WR Drake London (knee) is active for today’s game vs. the Cardinals. He only got in limited practices on Wednesday and Thursday and was listed as questionable. It’s fair to assume that London still isn’t at 100%, but we haven’t heard anything about his snaps being limited today. The floor here is lower than usual, but London’s ceiling means he belongs in the vast majority of fantasy lineups. He’s topped 100 yards in five of his last six games.

Cardinals WR Marvin Harrison Jr. (heel) is active for today’s game vs. the Falcons. He was limited in practice all week and listed as questionable. Harrison said Friday that he's "good enough to go" for this game, and ESPN’s Adam Schefter said this morning that the "team plans to ease him back in." It sounds like Harrison will be on some type of snap count, landing him in risk/reward WR3 range in the Week 16 rankings.

Browns RB Quinshon Judkins was carted off the field with a right leg injury in the second quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Bills. He was in obvious pain after falling awkwardly at the end of a catch, and the broadcast opted against showing a replay. We'll update Judkins' status when we know more, but this clearly looks like a serious injury.

Chiefs QB Gardner Minshew suffered a knee injury in the second quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Titans. He went back to the locker room and is officially questionable to return. QB Chris Oladokun, who hadn't thrown a regular-season NFL pass coming into today, is now under center for the Chiefs.

Update: Minshew has been ruled out.

Vikings RBs Aaron Jones and Jordan Mason both suffered ankle injuries on the first possession of the game and are questionable to return. That leaves Zavier Scott as Minnesota's top RB. We'll update the situation when we know more.

Update: Jones returned in the second quarter, but Mason has been ruled out.

Texans RB Woody Marks is expected to be inactive for today's game against the Raiders, according to multiple reports. He has been dealing with an ankle injury that limited him to only Friday's practice and officially left him questionable.

Bills WRs Keon Coleman and Gabe Davis are healthy scratches for today’s game vs. the Browns. WRs Khalil Shakir, Josh Palmer, Brandin Cooks, Tyrrell Shavers, and Mecole Hardman are active for Buffalo. Shakir is the only viable fantasy play from the group, and even he’s a shaky start in what figures to be a run-heavy game from the Bills.

Chargers WR Quentin Johnston (groin) is active for today’s game vs. the Cowboys. He was listed as questionable after a limited week of practice. Johnston carries elevated risk today and isn’t a recommended fantasy start. He’s averaged just 2.8 catches and 25 yards over his last five games.

Bengals WR Tee Higgins (concussion) is active for today’s game vs. the Dolphins. We’re expecting him to play his usual full-time role and have Higgins inside the top-15 of the Week 16 WR rankings.

The Green Bay Packers had 7 WRs active for Week 16. All 7 played, but Jayden Reed led the way in snaps. However, QB Jordan Love exited the game early due to a concussion, which led to a change in Green Bay's offensive approach. Additionally, RB Josh Jacobs aggravated a knee injury, which further complicates the Packers' WR offenseive approach heading into what is now a must-win Week 17

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport confirms that Packers RB Josh Jacobs aggravated his knee injury in Saturday night's loss to the Bears. Jacobs finished with just 48 total yards on 14 touches, with his last touch coming midway through the third quarter. RB Emanuel Wilson wound up leading Green Bay with 14 carries and 82 rushing yards. He needs to be stashed in all fantasy leagues while we wait to see on Jacobs' status for next Saturday night's game vs. the Ravens.

Packers WR Romeo Doubs suffered a wrist injury on his failed attempt to recover an onside kick in the fourth quarter of Saturday night's game vs. the Bears. The team is still evaluating the injury, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. We'll keep you updated on Doubs' status for next Saturday's game vs. the Ravens. His absence would likely mean more snaps for WRs Dontayvion Wicks and Matthew Golden, but neither guy would be a reliable fantasy play.

Texans RB Woody Marks (ankle) plans to play vs. the Raiders today, according to Texans insider Aaron Wilson. There have been no updates on Marks' status from national insiders. The rookie only got in a limited practice on Friday and is listed as questionable. He can be lightly penciled into fantasy lineups for now, but we won't get Houston's inactives until a little before 3 pm ET. Fantasy managers hoping to start Marks needs to have an alternative from the late games rostered. RB Nick Chubb (ribs) is expected to play today, but it's unclear how work would be divvied between him and RB Jawhar Jordan if Marks sits.

Give Josh Jacobs credit for trying to play through a knee injury after he missed practice all week, but fantasy managers would have been better off if Jacobs had rested. Jacobs mustered only 36 yards on 12 carries in Green Bay's 22-16 overtime loss to the Bears. He chipped in a pair of receptions for 12 yards, but Jacobs' 6.8 PPR points were his second-lowest total of the season and came at the worst time, in the semi-finals.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport calls Bengals WR Tee Higgins (concussion) "likely" to play vs. the Dolphins today. Higgins got in a full practice on Friday and has cleared protocol. Per Rapoport, Higgins visited concussion expert Dr. Micky Collins in Pittsburgh to "offer additional reassurance that Higgins was cleared to play." If active, Higgins should play his usual role and would be an upside WR2 in fantasy lineups.

Falcons WR Drake London (knee) is expected to play vs. the Cardinals today, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. London got in just two limited practices this week and is listed as questionable. But HC Raheem Morris said Friday that London would play, and we haven't heard anything about him being on a snap count today. There's certainly elevated risk here in London's first game since Week 11. But he'd be very tough to keep out of fantasy lineups after averaging 108.5 yards and 1.0 TDs per game over his last five.

It makes him a risky Week 16 fantasy play, although there's still plenty of upside in a Cardinals offense that's averaged 43 passes per game under QB Jacoby Brissett.

The Bears entered a crucial Week 16 rematch with the Packers down two of their top three WRs and needed D.J. Moore to step up. Moore did dramatically, catching a 46-yard TD in overtime as the Bears extended their lead in the tight NFC North race. Moore set a new season-high with 97 receiving yards and tied his best mark with 7 targets.
