The Falcons and RB Jason Snelling have agreed to a new 3-year contract.  Snelling was set to become a free-agent on Tuesday, and frankly, we're a bit surprised he didn't at least test the open market.  This is a capable change-of-pace back who has hauled in 100 balls over the past 3 seasons.  But he'll likely slot into the #3 spot on Atlanta's depth chart behind Michael Turner and Jacquizz Rodgers.
