DE Israel Idonije reached a new 1-year deal with the Bears on Thursday. That kind of signing just 2 days into free agency seems to indicate that the 31-year-old met with no market in free agency. Either that or he really wanted to stay in the Windy City. Idonije can be a spot starter in IDP leagues. His re-signing, however, certainly doesn't preclude the Bears from seeking a replacement at LDE.
