Pro Football Talk reports that Miami plans to cut S Yeremiah Bell. A Dolphin since the team drafted him in 2003, Bell started every game the past 4 years. He was a top-5 fantasy performer among DBs in tackle-friendly formats back in 2008 and 2009. He slipped outside the top 20 in 2010 and then around 14th last year. He'll be worth a look if he catches on elsewhere as a starter, but we'll see. Bell is nothing special in pass D, which doesn't help a safety's stock.
