Sorry for the late post. Monday can get away from me at times. Lots going on. So let's get right to the DFS showdown value charts for the Monday Night Football clash between the Patriots and the Jets.
Ty Montgomery has only once played more than 8 snaps in a game this season. He has finished 2 contests with 3 catches so far, so returning value isn't impossible. He doesn't present much upside, though, and would be tough to justify unless you're building a bunch of lineups. Ryan Griffin, on the other hand, has topped 80% playing time in every game and caught passes in 4 of 5 contests. He's the cheap play if you want/need one.
The clunky FanDuel salaries will nearly always put the QBs up top. Le'Veon Bell might beat Julian Edelman on value here but probably doesn't on upside.
It's also worth noting that Sony Michel had just 9 carries for 11 yards in the 1st meeting with the Jets, who entered Week 7 ranked 9th in Football Outsiders' run-defense DVOA.
