Russell Wilson and Kirk Cousins arrive at Week 13 as the #3 and #9 scoring QBs. Both face tough matchups in their Monday night clash, though, if you look at the fantasy numbers.
Over the past 5 weeks, Seattle has allowed the 14th-fewest QB points per game. Minnesota has allowed the 10th fewest. Both matchups show up on the negative side by our adjusted fantasy points allowed as well.
But let’s drill down a little: The Seahawks allowed Jameis Winston to throw for 335 yards and 2 TDs (AND NO INTS) last time they played at home. They’ve also allowed 460 yards to Matt Schaub, 395 to Jared Goff and 418 to Andy Dalton this season.
Last time we saw the Vikings on the road, they let Dak Prescott throw for 397 yards and 3 scores. They also yielded 364 and 4 to Matthew Stafford in Detroit 3 weeks before and 2 TD throws to 4 other opponents.
So it’s not hard to find some passing upside in the matchup.
The whole offensive picture also got more complicated, though, by the way Seattle deployed their RBs in last Sunday’s win at Philadelphia and by Minnesota ruling out WR Adam Thielen on Saturday.
Let’s see where the value ended up …
