Bills TE Dalton Kincaid (hamstring, knee) "plans to try to play" vs. the Bengals today, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. That doesn't inspire much confidence in Kincaid as a Week 14 fantasy start. He's been out since Week 10 with a hamstring injury and picked up a knee issue as he was rehabbing the hamstring, HC Sean McDermott said this week. The matchup with Cincinnati' league-worst TE defense boosts Kincaid's upside today, but he comes with a scary-low floor.

Cardinals WR Greg Dortch (chest) has been placed on IR. He was already ruled out for Sunday's game vs. the Rams but will now miss at least another three games beyond that. WR Marvin Harrison Jr. (heel) is also out for Week 14, while WR Xavier Weaver (hamstring) is iffy after missing Friday's practice. Arizona elevated WRs Trent Sherfield and Jalen Brooks from the practice squad. They figure to join Michael Wilson and Andre Baccellia as the Cardinals' top four WRs against the Rams. Wilson and TE Trey McBride should dominate targets.

Packers WR Jayden Reed (foot, collarbone) has been activated from IR and will play vs. the Bears on Sunday, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Reed has been out since Week 2 and underwent surgeries for both a broken collarbone and Jones Fracture in his foot. We don't expect Reed to play a full slate of snaps tomorrow and would not use him in Week 14 fantasy lineups. Reed is most likely to take snaps from WR Dontayvion Wicks. Both guys have run over 50% of their routes from the slot this season. Christian Watson and Romeo Doubs are the only Packers WRs that can be trusted in starting lineups this week.

Chargers QB Justin Herbert (hand) is listed as questionable for Monday night's game vs. the Eagles. He was limited in practice all week, working with a significant brace on that injured left hand. Herbert, Chargers coaches, and national insiders have all been optimistic about Herbert's chances of starting against Philadelphia. We're fully expecting him to play but would not use him in 1-QB fantasy lineups with the injury and a matchup against the league's sixth-ranked QB defense.

Chargers RB Omarion Hampton (ankle) is listed as questionable for Monday night's game vs. the Eagles. He was a full participant in Friday and Saturday's practices, though, and both ESPN's Jeremy Fowler and insider Jordan Schultz report that Hampton is expected back for this one. It'll be his first action since Week 5, so don't expect to see him in a workhorse role. We'll look for any hints on how work will be divvied between Hampton and RB Kimani Vidal. Hampton currently sits 20th in the Week 14 RB rankings.

Saints WR Chris Olave is expected to play vs. the Buccaneers tomorrow, insider Nick Underhill confirms. Olave reportedly started having back spasms last week. He played in the loss to Miami but got in just two limited practices this week and is listed as questionable. The issue adds some risk to Olave's outlook, but he still sits safely inside WR2 territory in our Week 14 rankings.

Bears WR Rome Odunze has been playing through a stress fracture in his foot, NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reports. It's unclear when Odunze suffered the injury. He was on the injury report with a heel as far back as Week 9, but this week is the first time he's been listed with a foot. Pelissero adds that Odunze "just needs rest and is week-to-week. The belief is it’s nothing long term and he’ll be back soon." We'll keep you updated on Odunze's health going forward, but he seems more likely than not to miss multiple games with this injury. His absence leaves behind 7.5 targets per game, boosting the fantasy outlooks on WRs Luther Burden, D.J. Moore, and Olamide Zaccheaus and TE Colston Loveland.

Rams WR Davante Adams (hamstring) is not listed on the final Week 14 injury report. He sat out Wednesday’s practice but was limited on Thursday and a full-go on Friday. There never seemed to be any concern about this hamstring. Adams should be ready for his usual role vs. the Cardinals this weekend.

Arizona Cardinals WR Greg Dortch (chest) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Rams. Dortch suffered the injury in last week's loss to the Buccaneers and was unable to practice all week. The Cardinals will also be without No. 1 WR Marvin Harrison (heel), leaving them short-handed against the Rams. Michael Wilson and Trey McBride should see ample targets in this game. Wilson is now a fringe WR1 in our Week 14 WR rankings. Xavier Weaver (hamstring) didn't practice on Friday, leaving Andre Baccellia as the only other healthy WR on the roster. Tent Sherfield, Jalen Brooks, and Brittan Golden are options on Arizona's practice squad.

Browns RB Dylan Sampson (calf) is questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Titans. He returned to a limited practice on Friday after sitting out the previous two days. Sampson shouldn’t be in your Week 14 fantasy plans, but his absence could open up a little more passing-down work for RB Quinshon Judkins.

Vikings RB Aaron Jones (shoulder) was limited in practice all week but is not listed on the final injury report. The shoulder adds some risk, but Jones should continue to operate as Minnesota’s lead back in Sunday’s plus matchup vs. the Commanders’ 25th-ranked RB defense.

Jaguars WR Parker Washington (hip) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Colts. He got in limited practices on Thursday and Friday. Washington would be a tough fantasy start at less than 100%. His absence would leave behind a few extra targets for WRs Jakobi Meyers and Brian Thomas Jr. and TE Brenton Strange.

Packers WRs Jayden Reed (foot, collarbone) and Matthew Golden (wrist) are listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Bears. Both guys were limited in practice all week. Their returns would be a boost for QB Jordan Love, but neither guy should be in Week 14 fantasy lineups.

Chargers RB Omarion Hampton (ankle) was upgraded to full participation in Friday's practice. That should put him on track to return for Monday night's game vs. the Eagles. We'll see how Hampton is listed on Saturday's final injury report and look for any details on how much volume he'll get in his first action since Week 5. Hampton got a matchup upgrade with DL Jalen Carter out for Monday night's game.

Texans RB Woody Marks (ankle) is off the final injury report. He went from no practice on Wednesday to limited Thursday to full participation on Friday. Marks should be ready for his usual lead role vs. the Chiefs on Sunday night.

Ravens QB Lamar Jackson (ankle) is not listed on the final injury report for this weekend’s game vs. the Steelers. Jackson got stepped on in Wednesday’s practice, per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, and did not practice on Thursday. But he returned to a full practice on Friday. Still, we’ll assume Jackson is still not at 100% until we see it on the field. He sits lower than usual in the Week 14 QB rankings.

Saints WR Chris Olave (back) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Buccaneers. He got in limited practices on Thursday and Friday. Olave was in a similar boat last week and registered a typical snap rate in the loss to Miami, although his 18% target share was his second-lowest of the season. Olave sits a bit lower than usual in the Week 14 WR rankings but still belongs in the vast majority of fantasy lineups.

Saints RB Alvin Kamara (knee, ankle) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Buccaneers. He remained sidelined in practice all week and has no timetable for return. RB Devin Neal played 81% of New Orleans’ offensive snaps last week, handling 14 carries and three targets. He’s a volume-based-if-unexciting Week 14 fantasy start.

Vikings QB J.J. McCarthy (concussion) put in a full week of practice and is off the final injury report. He’ll start Sunday’s game vs. the Commanders’ 30th-ranked QB defense. Despite the plus matchup, McCarthy hasn’t done nearly enough to be considered more than a low-end QB2 in fantasy lineups.
