Seahawks TE Jimmy Graham (ankle) is active for today’s game against the 49ers. He didn't practice on Wednesday or Thursday but put in a full workout on Friday. We never heard any concern about the ankle. Graham is safe to get into Week 12 fantasy lineups.

Bears DE Akiem Hicks (groin) is active for today's game against the Eagles, as expected. He entered the day questionable and saw limited practice time this week but should be used as normal in your IDP lineups.

Seahawks TE Jimmy Graham (ankle) is listed as questionable for this weekend's game against the 49ers. He didn't practice on Wednesday or Thursday but put in a full workout on Friday. HC Pete Carroll said that Graham will be "fine." He's safe to keep in Week 12 fantasy lineups.

Bears ILB Danny Trevathan is doubtful for Sunday's game against the Eagles with the calf injury that cost him the past 2 games. That means another start for Nick Kwiatkoski inside next to Christian Jones. Both continue to be playable in IDP leagues. DE Akiem Hicks (knee) is questionable for the game. He returned for a limited practice Friday after missing the previous 2 days but told the Chicago Tribune that it was "just a little bit of maintenance" and that he expects to play. Hicks is worth waiting on for your IDP lineups.

The Bears have cut K Connor Barth, who missed a game-tying FG at the end of Sunday's loss to the Lions. He's connected on just 69% of his FG tries this season. Barth will be replaced by K Cairo Santos, who's made 85% of his career FGs. He won't be much of a fantasy option in Chicago's 27th-ranked scoring offense, though.

Ravens WR Breshad Perriman is a healthy scratch for today's game against the Packers. The former 1st-rounder has been brutally inefficient this year, with a 26% catch rate and 7.7 yards-per-catch average. He's well off the redraft radar and is sinking down the dynasty rankings.

Bears ILB Danny Trevathan (calf) is inactive for the 2nd straight game. He has yet to return to practice since the Week 9 bye. Christian Jones and Nick Kwiatkoski will start inside again for the Bears. Both are IDP options.

Bears ILB Danny Trevathan is questionable for Sunday's game against the Lions with the calf injury that kept him out last week. Trevathan still has yet to practice since suffering the injury, making him look like a weak bet for Sunday. We knocked him down the LB rankings.

Bears ILB Danny Trevathan is inactive for today's game against the Packers because of a calf injury. That leaves Christian Jones as the lead ILB in an upside matchup. Expect Nick Kwiatkoski to start in Trevathan's place. He's a fringe IDP option for deeper leagues as well.

Bears ILB Danny Trevathan is questionable for Sunday's game against the Packers with a calf injury. He missed the whole week of practice, despite having the bye following the last game he played. That makes Trevathan look like a risky IDP option for this week. We'll update his status Sunday.

Bears LB Danny Trevathan missed Wednesday's practice with a calf strain. It's good to finally get word on his situation after HC John Fox started the week playing coy. We've moved Trevathan down the Week 10 LB rankings but still have him in LB1 territory. We'll obviously keep an eye on his status throughout the week.

The Bears returned to the practice field Monday after their Week 9 bye, but they did so without ILB Danny Trevathan. HC John Fox refused to say, however, why his veteran LB didn't practice. He said there wouldn't be any updates until Wednesday, according to ESPN's Jeff Dickerson. Trevathan also missed the team's workout before players were dismissed for the bye, but he played 60 of 61 snaps in the Week 8 loss to New Orleans. We'll keep an eye on Trevathan's status the rest of the way for IDP purposes.

Jaguars S Tashaun Gipson (neck) is active for today's game against the Colts. He remains a boom/bust IDP option dependent on big plays in coverage for any fantasy value.

Ravens WR Breshad Perriman (concussion) is out for Sunday’s game vs. Minnesota. He didn’t practice all week and isn’t a lock to be cleared for Week 8.

Ravens WR Breshad Perriman will miss the rest of Sunday's game against the Bears after suffering a 1st-half concussion. It's the 2nd concussion of his football career, with the 1st coming back at Central Florida in 2013. We'll track his status through the protocol this coming week.

49ers WR Marquise Goodwin (concussion) is active for today’s game against the Colts. The matchup is right, but Goodwin remains just a fantasy flier.

49ers WR Marquise Goodwin (concussion) is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Colts after a limited week of practice. HC Kyle Shanahan said Friday that he expects Goodwin to play, but he obviously has at least 1 more stage of the protocol to clear. We’ll find out his status by noon ET on Sunday, but Goodwin is no more than a DFS flier if he plays.

Bears ILB Danny Trevathan had his suspension reduced Tuesday from 2 games to 1. The league disciplined him for a hit on Packers WR Davante Adams last Thursday that drew a personal-foul call but didn't get Trevathan ejected. It's the 2nd league suspension trimmed this season under still-evolving rules on illegal hits. Bengals OLB Vontaze Burfict saw a 5-game ban cut to 3 at the start of the season. Trevathan will be the top IDP LB in Chicago again after he sits out this Monday night's matchup with Minnesota.

49ers WR Marquise Goodwin suffered a concussion in Sunday's game against the Cardinals. He caught 1 of 2 targets for 18 yards before exiting. We'll track his status through the protocol this coming week, but Goodwin isn't much of a fantasy option.

The NFL has suspended Bears ILB Danny Trevathan 2 games for his controversial hit that knocked Packers WR Davante Adams out of Thursday night's game. Trevathan now has until the end of Wednesday to file an appeal. We'll see how the situation plays out.
