Chiefs OLB Dee Ford left in the 3rd quarter of Sunday's game against the Buccaneers with a hamstring injury and was ruled out. We'll see about his status for Week 12 and beyond. Further time off for Ford would only make it easier to find snaps for OLB Justin Houston.

The 49ers have placed DL Arik Armstead on IR with a shoulder injury. That's no big loss for IDP owners and a barely notable move on 1 of the league's worst defenses. We'll see where he stands heading into next season.

Washington CB Josh Norman (concussion) is active for today's game against the Bengals in London. Look for him to shadow WR A.J. Green, who remains a fantasy must-start anyway.

ESPN's John Keim reports that Washington CB Josh Norman expects to play Sunday morning against the Bengals. Doctors have yet to clear Norman for the game, but he was allowed to travel with the team. As long as clearance comes over the weekend, he'll be available to IDP owners and boosting the team D outlook at least a bit.

Doctors have cleared Washington CB Josh Norman to travel to London with the team, according to ESPN's Adam Scefter. Norman has not yet been cleared to play in the game, though, so IDP owners hoping to use Norman will need to watch his status into the weekend.

Washington CB Josh Norman left Sunday's game with a concussion. He'll need to pass through the league protocol now before returning to action.

The Giants have signed K Robbie Gould. He'll kick vs. the Rams this Sunday and presumably for the rest of the season. Gould drilled 33 of 39 FGs (84.6%) for the Bears last year and sits on a career 85.4% conversion rate. He's on the spot-start radar, but we wouldn't use him this week.

Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu will be playing with a separated shoulder today, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Sanu suffered the injury last week. He didn't practice on Wednesday but put in a limited workout on Thursday and was a full participant on Friday. We'll see how big a factor the shoulder is against the Panthers today, but Sanu is an extremely shaky fantasy starter.

The Patriots will start QB Jimmy Garoppolo on Sunday against the Bills, according to Kyle Minihane of WEEI radio. That's no surprise given the "questionable" tags on both Garoppolo and Jacoby Brissett (thumb) after both QBs practiced this week. It does put Garoppolo into play for DFS lineups in Week 4, though we'd expect another run-heavy offensive approach. This will be New England's last game before Tom Brady returns from suspension.

Patriots QBs Jimmy Garoppolo (shoulder) and Jacoby Brissett (thumb) are both listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Bills. Both were limited in practice all week. New England hasn’t added a QB, so 1 of these guys will play. Which one is anyone’s guess. Neither should be in Week 4 fantasy lineups, but Garoppolo would be better news for the Patriots’ pass-catchers.

Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu is not listed on the Week4 injury report. He’s good to go for Sunday’s game against the Panthers after leaving last week with a shoulder injury. Sanu has seen just 9 targets over the past 2 weeks and is a poor fantasy play.

Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu (shoulder) returned to practice on Thursday. He was limited, so we're not yet considering him a lock to play this weekend. But he's at least trending in the right direction. Check back tomorrow for another update.

Patriots QBs Jimmy Garoppolo and Jacoby Brissett split 1st-teams reps during Wednesday's practice, according to insider Ryan Hannable. Both guys threw passes -- a good sign for their Week 4 availability. Garoppolo will certainly get the nod for Sunday's game against the Bills if he receives medical clearance in time.

Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu (shoulder) did not practice on Wednesday. ESPN's Ed Werder reported earlier this week that Sanu is expected to play against the Panthers this weekend, but we'll need to keep an eye on his status over the next few days.

CSN Bay Area's Matt Maiocco reports that 49ers CB Jimmie Ward is "week to week" with a quad strain. Maiocco reports that Ward will likely be re-evaluated after San Francisco's Thursday night game in Week 5. You can go ahead and dump Ward for an available option in most IDP formats.

Patriots QBs Jimmy Garoppolo (shoulder) and Jacoby Brissett (thumb) both practiced on Tuesday. It looks like both have a shot to be ready for this weekend's game against the Bills. Garoppolo would get the nod if he's medically cleared and would be a boost to WR Julian Edelman, TE Rob Gronkowski and the rest of New England's pass-catchers.

ESPN's Ed Werder hears that Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu (shoulder) is expected to play against the Panthers this weekend. He was knocked out of Monday night's game shortly before halftime. We still don't have any specifics on his injury. We'll track his status throughout the week.

Falcons WR Mohamed Sanu suffered a shoulder injury in the 2nd quarter of Monday night's game against the Saints and will not return. He finishes with 3 catches on 4 targets for 31 yards. We should get an update on Sanu after the game or on Tuesday.

Patriots QB Jimmy Garoppolo (shoulder) is inactive, as expected, for tonight's game against the Texans. 3rd-round rookie QB Jacoby Brissett gets the start. Julian Edelman is New England's backup QB. Seriously.

Patriots QB Jimmy Garoppolo (shoulder) is officially doubtful for Thursday night's game against the Texans. New England tried to make it sound like he had a shot to play, but that was never realistic. Rookie Jacoby Brissett will get the start and figures to do a lot of handing off to RB LeGarrette Blount.
