Charles Harris Fantasy Football News 2019

Dolphins S Bobby McCain (shoulder) and DE Charles Harris (wrist) are active for today's game against the Ravens after entering the day questionable. Neither is a strong IDP option.

The Dolphins have ruled out DE Charles Harris (calf) and CB Bobby McCain (knee) for today's game against the Bears. Harris had been filling in for Cameron Wake. With both out, DE Andre Branch will start. Wake has had arthroscopic knee surgery, but multiple reports indicate he could return for Week 7. Miami will have S T.J. McDonald (foot) in the lineup despite his questionable tag.

Dolphins DE Andre Branch (knee) is inactive for today's game against the Bills. Rookie Charles Harris is starting in his place. CB Xavien Howard (illness) is active.

The Dolphins spent their 1st-round pick on Missouri DE Charles Harris. ESPN's Jon Gruden calls him "a liability" against the run, which figures to work against his immediate playing time. But Harris doesn't look like a strong candidate to start right away anyway. Miami already sports Cameron Wake and Andre Branch at the top 2 DE spots. Harris enhances the rotation, though, and should be in for a starting job soon. He'll make for a strong IDP selection in rookie drafts thanks to the DE designation (rather than OLB).
