Darius Slay Fantasy Football News 2019

Lions CB Darius Slay (hamstring) and DT Damon Harrison (groin) are active for today's game against the Raiders. Slay returns after missing last week's game. Harrison merely entered the day questionable. DT A'Shawn Robinson is also active after sustaining a Friday ankle injury that rendered him questionable. MLive's Kyle Meinke says the ankle is clearly a "problem." None of the 3 is a high-level IDP for Week 9.

The Lions have ruled S Tracy Walker (knee) out for Sunday's game against the Raiders. That should leave Tavon Wilson and Will Harris as the top 2 safeties. CB Darius Slay (hamstring) and DT Damon Harrison (groin) are questionable.

The Lions have ruled CB Darius Slay (hamstring) out for Sunday's game against the Giants. DT Damon Harrison (groin) is questionable. He missed only Thursday's practice, though, between full workouts Wednesday and Friday. Harrison's a low-level IDP even if active.

Lions CBs Darius Slay (hamstring) and Quandre Diggs (hamstring) are active for today's game against the Vikings. DL Da'Shawn Hand (elbow) is inactive.

Lions S Quandre Diggs (hamstring) and DE Da'Shawn Hand (elbow) are inactive for tonight's game against the Packers. CB Darius Slay (hamstring) and DT A'Shawn Robinson (knee) are active after hitting the weekend questionable.

Lions CB Darius Slay is inactive for today's game against the Chiefs. He put in limited practices this week after suffering a hamstring injury in the Week 3 win at Philadelphia. His absence leaves Detroit without its top corner against the league's most explosive passing offense. Fire up all your Chiefs here (which you should have been doing anyway).

Lions CB Darius Slay (ankle) is active for today's game against the Cardinals. LB Devon Kennard (hip) is inactive. Neither is much of an IDP factor.

Lions LB Devon Kennard (hip) and CB Darius Slay (ankle) are questionable for Sunday's game against the Cardinals. Kennard put in limited practices Thursday and Friday after sitting out Wednesday. Slay popped up on the injury report Thursday and was limited Thursday and Friday. We'll update their statuses Sunday afternoon. Neither is much of an IDP option.

Lions CB Darius Slay is out for Sunday's game against the Bears because of a knee injury. He played nearly the full game last Sunday against Minnesota but missed practice all week. Slay's absence helps the Chicago WRs, but we're not boosting any particular wideout in the Week 10 rankings. The Bears' top 3 move around the formation quite a bit.

Lions CB Darius Slay is active for tonight's game against the Patriots, just a week after suffering a concussion at San Francisco. It's somewhat surprising after Slay reached the weekend without having cleared the league protocol, but Detroit's top cover man is available if you waited on him for your IDP lineup. DE Ezekiel Ansah is inactive for the 2nd straight week, however, because of a shoulder injury.

The Lions have deemed DE Ezekiel Ansah (shoulder) and CB Darius Slay (concussion) questionable for Sunday night's game against the Patriots. It's hard to envision Slay playing after he missed practice all week. Ansah put in limited practices all last week but then missed the game. We'll see about his status Sunday evening, but don't count on Ansah for your IDP lineup.

Lions CB Darius Slay suffered a concussion in Sunday's loss to the 49ers. He'll need to pass through the league protocol before returning. That usually means at least 1 missed game, so we're leaving Slay out of the Week 3 DB rankings for now.

Lions CB Darius Slay is out for today's game at Houston with the hamstring injury that kept him out of practice all week. Detroit will have CB Nevin Lawson, however. He entered the day questionable after a foot issue landed him on the injury report Thursday and limited his final 2 workouts. That adds risk for anyone planning to use Lawson in a deep IDP league, but the matchup with Texans QB Brock Osweiler provides big-play upside as well.
