Steelers QB Mason Rudolph suffered a left shoulder injury in the 2nd half of Sunday's game against the Jets. He had replaced QB Devlin Hodges -- but "Duck" is back in the game. Pittsburgh's QB situation remains a mess.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that the Steelers are expected to start QB Devlin Hodges in Week 13 against the Browns. It's the sensible move after HC Mike Tomlin yanked Mason Rudolph last week and Hodges promptly threw a long, game-deciding TD pass to WR James Washington. This still isn't a position we're touching in most fantasy situations. But getting Rudolph out of the way should increase the upside of Pittsburgh's offensive skill guys.
Steelers QB Mason Rudolph was benched early in the 3rd quarter of Sunday's game in Cincinnati. He completed 8 of 16 passes for just 85 scoreless yards and an INT. QB Devlin Hodges has replaced Rudolph. Pittsburgh's passing game remains a situation best avoided in fantasy lineups.
Steelers QB Mason Rudolph (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday night’s game against the Chargers. So Pittsburgh is down to 3rd-string QB Devlin Hodges, an undrafted rookie out of Samford. WR JuJu Smith-Schuster is the only part of the Steelers’ passing game that should be in fantasy lineups — and even he should be considered just a WR3 for Week 6.
