Cardinals RB David Johnson will undergo surgery on his dislocated wrist this week and is expected to be sidelined 2-3 months, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Johnson will be placed on IR but has a chance to be tabbed the "designated-to-return" player. Still, we're looking at a mid-November return -- or somewhere around Week 10 or 11 -- as the best-case scenario. He'll be tough to carry on fantasy rosters unless your league has an IR spot or deep benches. With Johnson sidelined, Arizona will turn to a committee backfield of Kerwynn Williams, Andre Ellington and possibly Elijhaa Penny, D.J. Foster and/or a free-agent addition. Williams is the best fantasy bet, but we're treating him only as a RB3 or flex at this point. Ellington has a shot to be an asset in PPR leagues.
