Packers ILBs Blake Martinez (knee) and Jake Ryan (ankle) and OLB Clay Matthews (shoulder) are questionable for Sunday's game against the Texans. Martinez and Ryan put in limited workouts all week and appear on track to return after missing multiple games. Matthews played through his injury last Monday night at Philly and returned to limited practices Thursday and Friday after sitting out Wednesday. We'd guess he'll play as well. But we'll update the status for all 3 Sunday.
Packers ILB Jake Ryan (ankle) is inactive for tonight's game against the Eagles. That comes despite indications over the weekend that the team expected him to be ready. With Blake Martinez also out, the Packers will be down both starters at the position. Joe Thomas and Carl Bradford are listed as the backups, with Thomas the surest bet for snaps against Philly. OLB Clay Matthews also might see snaps on the inside. CB Damarious Randall, who also entered Monday questionable (groin), is active.
The Packers have ruled ILB Blake Martinez (knee) out for Monday night's game at Philadelphia. According to multiple reports, however, they expect questionable ILB Jake Ryan (ankle) to play. ILB Joe Thomas should fill in for Martinez next to Ryan. Neither will be a strong IDP option, though there's tackle upside to Ryan.
Packers ILB Jake Ryan left Sunday's loss to Tennessee with an ankle injury suffered on the Packers' 1st punt of the game. His Week 11 status is in question. LB Joe Thomas played 100% of the snaps with Ryan out. Blake Martinez followed among LBs at 73% playing time.
