Kelvin Harmon Fantasy Football News 2019

The Redskins added North Carolina State WR Kelvin Harmon in Round 6 of the 2019 NFL Draft. It’s MUCH later than we expected him to go. Harmon posted a 27-462-5 line as a freshman and then topped 1,000 yards in each of the past 2 years. He cranked out 1,017 yards and 4 scores on 69 grabs in 2017, followed by 1,186 yards and 7 scores on 81 receptions this past year. It’s worth noting, though, that fellow 2019 WR prospect Jakobi Meyers topped Harmon with 92 catches last year. Harmon’s stock took a hit at the Combine when he ran a 4.60-second 40 time and registered a 21st percentile SPARQ score at 6’2, 221 pounds. On the plus side, we liked his tape. Harmon is quick off the line of scrimmage, runs nice routes and is strong in contested situations. He joins a relatively wide open Redskins WR corps with Josh Doctson, Paul Richardson, Trey Quinn and fellow rookie Terry McLaurin.
