Colts RB Marlon Mack (ankle) is active for today’s game against the Raiders. He didn’t practice on Thursday but returned to a full workout on Friday. Mack comes with slightly elevated risk today but also has plenty of upside vs. Oakland’s 26th-ranked RB defense.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport hears that Colts RB Marlon Mack has a "good shot" to play against the Raiders later today. That's a bit less optimistic than Rapoport's usual Sunday morning reports. Mack did get in a full workout on Friday, so we're expecting him to be active this afternoon. But it's clear he won't be at 100%.

Colts S Clayton Geathers (neck) and DE Jabaal Sheard (abdomen) are questionable for Sunday's game against the Raiders. Geathers put in a full practice Wednesday before sitting out the next 2 days. He has followed odd practice schedules for weeks, whether active or inactive come Sunday. We'll have to check on his status Sunday afternoon (barring earlier word). If Geathers can't go, S Mike Mitchell will make for a solid IDP starting option in his place. Sheard's injury lacks clarity. He popped up on Thursday's report as "did not practice" but then returned to full participation Friday. We'll see about his status Sunday afternoon as well but would anticipate Sheard being in the lineup.

Colts TE Jack Doyle (hip) practiced all week, including a full workout on Friday. He's not listed on the final injury report and will play against the Raiders this weekend. Doyle is a risky fantasy play in his 1st action since Week 2, but he's worth considering in low-end TE1 territory. His return also dings TE Eric Ebron's fantasy value. Doyle out-targeted Ebron 15 to 9 over the first 2 games.

Colts K Adam Vinatieri (groin) is officially questionable for this weekend's game against the Raiders. He got in a full practice on Friday, though, so he should play on Sunday. It's a fine spot, but we might go with a K with a fully healthy groin in Week 8 fantasy lineups.

Colts RB Marlon Mack (ankle) is listed as questionable for this weekend's game against the Raiders. He was limited on Wednesday, sat out on Thursday but returned to a full workout on Friday. That suggests he'll play on Sunday, but we'll continue to look for updates on his status. Consider Mack a risk/reward RB2 at less than 100% in a plus matchup.

Colts RB Marlon Mack wasn't spotted at portion of Thursday's practice open to the media. He was limited in Wednesday's workout with an ankle issue. We assumed that was just a rest day, but it now looks like Mack is in danger of missing this weekend's game against the Raiders. That'd leave the backfield to Nyheim Hines and Jordan Wilkins. We'll get another update on Mack's status tomorrow.

Colts HC Frank Reich said TE Jack Doyle (hip) will practice on Wednesday for the first time since going down in Week 2. Reich "didn't rule him out" for Sunday's game against the Raiders, according to insider Mike Wells. We'll monitor Doyle's progress over the next few days. His return would obviously be a buzzkill for TE Eric Ebron's fantasy value.

The Broncos have released QB Chad Kelly. The 2017 7th-round was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing early Tuesday morning after breaking into a residence. Kelly has NFL arm talent but a long history of off-field issues. Case Keenum should be safe as Denver's starting QB the rest of the season.

Colts HC Frank Reich said Monday that K Adam Vinatieri is dealing with a groin injury. That explains why the usually reliable veteran missed a pair of XPs in yesterday's win over the Bills. The Colts will work out Ks this week, so Vinatieri isn't a lock to play against the Raiders on Sunday. Look elsewhere for your Week 8 K.

Chiefs OLB Justin Houston (hamstring) is doubtful for Sunday night's game against the Bengals. It'll be his 2nd straight missed game after Houston left Week 5 early with the injury. Kansas City also expects to remain without S Eric Berry (heel), who is also listed as "doubtful."

The Colts have ruled S Clayton Geathers (concussion) out for Week 7. He participated in practice 2 of 3 days this week, so we'd bet on Geathers being ready for a Week 8 trip to Oakland. We'll check his status leading up to that one.

Colts WR T.Y. Hilton (hamstring) isn't listed on the final Week 7 injury report. He practiced all week, including full workouts on Wednesday and Friday. We're not overly concerned with the hammy, but a matchup this weekend with Bills CB Tre'Davious White makes Hilton more of a low-end WR2.

Colts TE Jack Doyle (hip) is out for this weekend’s game against the Bills. He’s yet to return to practice and still has no timetable for return. Eric Ebron remains locked in as a TE1 with Doyle out.

Colts WR T.Y. Hilton was listed as a full participant in Wednesday's practice. That hamstring test must have went well. Hilton is now on track to return for this weekend's game -- although he'll face a tough matchup against Bills CB Tre'Davious White. Hilton's return is excellent news for QB Andrew Luck.

Colts TE Jack Doyle (hip) remained sidelined for Wednesday's practice. Don't bank on him returning this weekend. Eric Ebron ranks 2nd among TEs in PPR points and 1st in non-PPR over the past 4 weeks.

Colts WR T.Y. Hilton will test his injured hamstring in Wednesday's practice. “Today and tomorrow will tell me everything I need to know," he told reporters. The Athletic's Stephen Holder believes Hilton is "still a long way from playing Sunday." We'll continue to keep a close eye on him.

Colts OLB Darius Leonard (ankle) is active for today’s game against the Jets. He missed last Thursday’s loss to the Patriots with the injury but practiced all this week and should be back in IDP lineups

Colts OLB Darius Leonard (ankle) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Jets. He put in a full practice Friday, though, and seems on track to play. We'll check his status Sunday morning. Leonard missed last week's game against the Patriots after testing his injured ankle in pregame.

The Colts have ruled DT Margus Hunt (knee) and S Clayton Geathers (neck, concussion) out for Sunday's game against the Jets. Each put in 1 limited practice this week, so we'll see if either is ready to return for Week 7.
