Shark Bites

Lions WR Kenny Golladay (hip) remained sidelined on Wednesday. We'd be surprised if he played again this season. Fantasy owners certainly shouldn't be counting on him in Week 15.

The Jaguars benched QB Mike Glennon in the 3rd quarter of Sunday's game against the Titans. He went 13 of 23 for 85 yards, 0 TDs and 1 INT. QB Gardner Minshew has entered for Jacksonville.

Giants QB Daniel Jones (hamstring) is active for today’s game against the Cardinals. He got in a full practice on Friday, but it’s still unclear how close to 100% Jones will be for this one. He’s a risky QB2.

Giants LB Blake Martinez is questionable for Sunday's game against the Cardinals. He missed practice Wednesday and Friday, surrounding a limited Thursday workout -- after leaving last week's win over the Seahawks with a back injury. If Martinez is out, LB Tae Crowder gains IDP upside.

Lions WR Kenny Golladay (hip) is out for Sunday’s game against the Packers. He remained sidelined in practice all week and has no timetable for return. WR Marvin Jones and TE T.J. Hockenson will continue to serve as the top 2 options in Detroit’s passing game.

Giants QB Daniel Jones (hamstring) is listed as questionable for this weekend's game vs. the Cardinals. HC Joe Judge said Friday that he's "fairly optimistic" Jones will play, but it's clear that he won't be at 100%. With decreased rushing upside, Jones is just a low-end QB2. His return would be good news for New York's pass-catchers, though.

Lions WR Kenny Golladay (hip) remained sidelined on Wednesday. Don't expect him to play against the Packers this weekend. WR Marvin Jones has averaged 8.8 targets, 5.8 catches and 71 yards per game with Golladay out over the past 5 weeks.

ESPN's Jordan Raanan reports that the Giants expect QB Daniel Jones to play Sunday against the Cardinals, "barring a setback" with his injured hamstring. Jones will reportedly need to "pass through some checkpoints" this week, primarily including proving to HC Joe Judge that he's ready to play. There would be upside to his matchup against Arizona if he returns, and Jones should provide the offense with more upside than backup Colt McCoy. Sterling Shepard and Evan Engram look like the only real starting options among pass-catchers. Jones' return could also help the scoring opportunities for RB Wayne Gallman.

Giants LB Blake Martinez left Sunday's win over the Seahawks in the 4th quarter with a back injury and did not return. We'll see about his status heading into Week 14. If Martinez misses further time, Tae Crowder and Devante Downs would be the ILBs. Crowder started alongside Martinez at Seattle.

Giants QB Daniel Jones (hamstring) is inactive for today’s game against the Seahawks. QB Colt McCoy gets the start.

Lions WR Kenny Golladay (hip) is out for Sunday’s game against the Bears. He remained sidelined in practice all week and has no timetable for return. WR Danny Amendola (hip) practiced all week and will return for Sunday’s game. He’s just a low-upside PPR option.

Giants QB Daniel Jones (hamstring) is listed as doubtful for Sunday’s game in Seattle. He’s not going to play, leaving Colt McCoy under center. It’s a downgrade for the entire Giants offense.

Lions WR Kenny Golladay (hip) remained sidelined for Wednesday's practice. Fantasy owners shouldn't be counting on getting him back for this weekend's game vs. the Bears. We'll see if his status changes over the next couple of days.

The Jaguars will start QB Mike Glennon this Sunday at Minnesota, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero. That just confirms the expected after Glennon performed solidly in his Jacksonville debut vs. Cleveland. Glennon completed 57.1% of his passes for 235 yards and 2 TDs, despite missing WRs D.J. Chark and Chris Conley. Glennon gets another positive passing matchup vs. a weak set of Minnesota CBs, in a game that finds his team currently a 9.5-point underdog. We still wouldn't look to use Glennon in 1-QB redraft leagues. One game of positive production vs. a depleted Cleveland defense -- missing DE Myles Garrett, CB Denzel Ward and S Ronnie Harrison (after the 1st play) -- isn't enough to inspire confidence as we get near (or into) fantasy playoffs.

Giants QB Daniel Jones is expected to miss time with the hamstring injury he suffered in yesterday's win over the Bengals, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Jones is scheduled for a Monday MRI to get a better idea of the severity of the injury. Rapoport hears that Jones might end up missing just 1 game. We'll continue to keep an eye on the situation, but look for QB Colt McCoy to start vs. the Seahawks this weekend.

Giants QB Daniel Jones injured his right leg -- it looked like his hamstring -- in the 3rd quarter of Sunday's game against the Bengals. Stay tuned for an update.

Lions WRs Kenny Golladay (hip) and Danny Amendola (hip) are out for Thursday's game against the Texans. That leaves Marvin Jones and Marvin Hall as Detroit's top 2 WRs, with Jamal Agnew, Mohamed Sanu and Quintez Cephus rounding out the depth chart.

Jaguars QB Mike Glennon will start against the Browns this weekend, HC Doug Marrone announced on Wednesday. QB Gardner Minshew evidently isn't ready to return from his thumb injury, and the Jags have seen enough of QB Jake Luton. Glennon at least has 801 NFL pass attempts under his belt, completing 61% and averaging 6.4 yards per attempt. He's not a Week 12 fantasy option but should be an upgrade over Luton.

Lions WR Kenny Golladay still did not participate in practice Tuesday because of the hip injury that has cost him the past 2 games. Golladay looks like a weak bet to play on Thanksgiving.

Lions WRs Kenny Golladay (hip) and Danny Amendola are out for this weekend’s game against the Panthers. Golladay was limited on Wednesday before sitting out on Thursday and Friday, so it looks like he suffered a setback. Marvin Jones, Marvin Hall and Quintez Cephus figure to operate as Detroit’s top 3 WRs on Sunday.
