Rams S Taylor Rapp left in the 1st half of Sunday's win over the Seahawks with a knee injury. NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reports that the team believes Rapp suffered an MCL sprain. That's likely to cost him some further time. Rookie S Jordan Fuller jumped back into the starting lineup in his 1st game back from IR (shoulder injury) on Sunday, but Rapp also opened the game on the field. We'll see how they fit together when both back healthy. For now, though, Rapp's injury makes it easy to expect full playing time for Fuller.
Lions QB Matthew Stafford hurt his right thumb in Sunday's win over Washington. He played through the issue but said he'll have an MRI on the thumb. We'll see whether the thumb challenges Stafford's availability for Week 11.
Rams OLB Leonard Floyd (knee) is active for today's game against the Seahawks. He's just a low-level IDP option.
Rams RB Darrell Henderson (quad) isn’t listed on the final Week 10 injury report. He graduated from no practice, to a limited practice to a full workout from Wednesday to Friday. Henderson figures to resume lead ball-carrying duties vs. the Seahawks this weekend.
Rams RB Darrell Henderson (quad) returned to a limited practice on Thursday. HC Sean McVay said he expects Henderson to play vs. Seattle this weekend. We'll see what he does tomorrow and how he's listed on the final injury report.
Rams RB Darrell Henderson (quad) did not practice on Wednesday. HC Sean McVay said last week that Henderson would be ready to play coming off the bye, but he's obviously still not at 100%. We'll see what he's able to do the next 2 days. Henderson's absence vs. Seattle on Sunday would leave the Rams with RBs Cam Akers and Malcolm Brown.
The Rams on Monday designated S Jordan Fuller (shoulder) to return from IR. That gives the team a 3-week window for deciding whether to activate him, but the Rams expect to have him back for Sunday's game against the Seahawks. "The hope is and the plan is for him to be ready to roll this week," HC Sean McVay said, according to the team website. We'll hope to get some indication that Fuller will jump back into his starter role. Short of that, though, we'll assume that's the plan for Fuller, who reclaimed his spot from Taylor Rapp after missing a game with the initial shoulder injury.
Lions QB Matt Stafford exited to get checked for a concussion in the 4th quarter of Sunday's game against the Vikings. We'll update you on the result of that test as soon as we know. QB Chase Daniel has replaced Stafford.
Update: Stafford said after the game that he cleared concussion protocol. He should be fine for Week 10.
Lions QB Matt Stafford has passed his final COVID test and will start against the Vikings today, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. Stafford was unable to practice all week and will be without WR Kenny Golladay in this one. That has him sitting just outside our top-12 QBs for the week, despite the plus matchup.
The Lions on Saturday activated QB Matthew Stafford from the COVID list. He'll reportedly need to pass 1 more round of testing to be cleared to play Sunday, but it sounds like the team expects that to work out. We'll, of course, see about Stafford's official status Sunday. If he winds up inactive, then Chase Daniel would start.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Lions QB Matt Stafford will be able to play against the Vikings on Sunday if he tests negative for COVID the rest of this week. Stafford was reportedly in close contact with a COVID-positive individual not on the team on Monday. He'll be eligible to come off the COVID list on Sunday barring a positive test. We'll continue to keep a close eye on this situation.
Lions QB Matt Stafford has been placed on the COVID list. It's unclear if he tested positive himself or was in close contact with someone who did. It's also unclear if Stafford has a chance to get cleared in time for Sunday's game against the Vikings. Fantasy owners should be making other plans for now. If Stafford is out this weekend, Detroit would turn to either Chase Daniel or David Blough.
Rams HC Sean McVay expects RB Darrell Henderson (thigh) to be available when the team comes out of its Week 9 bye. Henderson exited in the 1st half of the loss to Miami, finally allowing rookie RB Cam Akers to get some run. We'll see what this backfield looks like when it gets back to action vs. the Seahawks in Week 10.
Rams CB Jalen Ramsey did not play in Sunday's loss to the Dolphins because of an illness. It came as a surprise, as Ramsey was active for the game. HC Sean McVay said afterward that Ramsey woke up feeling sick and they determined around game time that he couldn't play. He said testing found it wasn't COVID related but refused to elaborate on Ramsey's condition otherwise -- other than to say he would be traveling home with the team. The Rams now get a Week 9 bye, so we assume Ramsey should be ready for the next game.
Rams RB Darrell Henderson suffered a thigh injury in Sunday's game against the Dolphins and is questionable to return. Malcolm Brown and Cam Akers have been splitting backfield duties in Henderson's absence.
Rams TE Tyler Higbee (hand) is active for today’s game against the Dolphins. He wasn’t a reliable fantasy option before this injury and obviously won’t be at 100% today. Higbee’s presence knocks TE Gerald Everett out of consideration, though.
Rams TE Tyler Higbee (hand) is "pushing to play" against the Dolphins today, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. "But with the bye coming up and Johnny Mundt filling in capably, it might make sense to rest Higbee again and let him heal. Higbee could sit for those reasons," Rapoport adds. We'll get Higbee's official status around 11:30 am ET. TE Gerald Everett will be a viable spot starter if Higbee is inactive after posting a 4-28-1 line on 5 targets last week.
Rams TE Tyler Higbee (hand) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Dolphins. HC Sean McVay called him a game-time decision on Friday. Higbee was an unreliable fantasy option before this injury and obviously won’t be at 100% if he suits up this weekend. If he sits, TE Gerald Everett will be a viable spot starter.
Rams TE Tyler Higbee (hand) is inactive for tonight's game against the Bears. That should mean a boost in playing time for TE Gerald Everett. He's a fine fill-in if you were hoping to use Higbee tonight -- and a nice play in 1-game DFS contests.
Rams WR Robert Woods was added to the injury report and sidelined on Friday with a groin issue. He returned to a limited practice on Saturday and isn't listed on the final injury report. That means the Rams fully expect him to play against the Bears on Monday night. Woods can stay in fantasy lineups for now, but this is something to keep an eye on.
