Bengals DE Carlos Dunlap left in the 4th quarter of Sunday's blowout loss to the Bears with a chest injury. The team deemed him questionable to return, though the lopsided score left little reason to push him back onto the field. We'll keep an eye out for any further details and his participation this week. The lack of further info to this point suggests it's not a big deal.

Bengals DE Carlos Dunlap (concussion) is active for today's game against Minnesota.  His matchup with Vikings RT Phil Loadholt presents nice sack upside for your IDP league.

Bengals DE Carlos Dunlap is questionable for Sunday's game against the Vikings because of a concussion suffered late in last Sunday night's loss to Pittsburgh.  He missed the 1st 2 days of practice this week but returned to full participation on Friday.  Expect him to play against Minnesota and provide quality IDP numbers.

Bengals DE Carlos Dunlap put in a full practice Monday and expects to be ready for Sunday's opener.  He conceded, though, that he needs this week to prepare.  "I missed the preseason so one of my things is get my conditioning up because those guys got the game reps I wasn’t able to get so I am getting my conditioning up, doing extra running as a team," he told the team website.  We're willing to take on that bit of risk to start the high-upside Dunlap against the Bears in Week 1.

Bengals DE Carlos Dunlap has been out of Bengals workouts this week after suffering a concussion.  The team hasn't said when it expects him back, likely because it depends on when doctors clear him and/or when symptoms subside.  Concussions are obviously abundant, and a single occurrence often doesn't keep a player out for more than a week, maybe 2.  With Dunlap, though, preseason injuries have become an annual thing.  If he can bounce back from this and hit the regular season at 100%, Cincinnati's left DE might finally be ready to bust out for your IDP squad.  But health has been his biggest "if" through 3 seasons.
