The Titans are "counting on [WR Corey] Davis to make a big leap in Year 2," according to Jim Wyatt of the team's official website. Wyatt called Davis "one of the stars during the early portion of offseason work," noting that he "looked smooth during the offseason, snatching the ball out of the air with ease in traffic. He went up high to make some spectacular catches." A hamstring injury wrecked most of Davis' rookie season, but he flashed late with a 6-91 line in Week 16 and then a 5-63-2 in Tennessee's playoff loss to the Patriots. With better health -- and a more modern offense under new OC Matt LaFleur -- Davis is a prime 2018 breakout candidate.

Titans WR Corey Davis (hamstring) practiced all week and will play against the Ravens on Sunday. The rookie has been sidelined since Week 2 and probably won’t be out there for a full allotment of snaps. But he posted a 6-69 line on 10 targets in the season opener — despite missing most of the offseason and playing 66% of the snaps. Consider Davis a risk/reward WR3 for Week 9.

Titans HC Mike Mularkey said Monday that WR Corey Davis (hamstring) is expected to be on the field when the team returns to practice after the Week 8 bye. That would presumably put him on track to play against the Ravens in Week 9. Davis has been out since Week 2 and won't be a reliable fantasy play off the bat. But he could emerge as an asset down the stretch. He'll get positive matchups in Weeks 12 (Colts), 14(Cardinals) and 15 (49ers).

Titans HC Mike Mularkey on Monday ruled out WR Corey Davis (hamstring) for this weekend's game against the Browns. It'll be the rookie's 5th straight missed game. And we haven't seen or heard any signs of progress. Tennessee has a Week 8 bye, so perhaps Davis is targeting a Week 9 return. Rishard Matthews, Eric Decker and Taywan Taylor will again serve as the top 3 WRs for Sunday's plus matchup vs. Cleveland.

Titans WR Corey Davis (hamstring) is out for Monday night's game against the Colts. The rookie has been sidelined since Week 3 and has no timetable for return. He's worth stashing if possible but might need to be dropped in shorter-bench leagues as the bye weeks start to hit.

Davis underwent ankle surgery in January but says he feels 100% this summer. He'll likely slot in as Tennessee's #2 WR behind Eric Decker.
