Injuries have helped shape Lewis' career. An August 2013 leg fracture that ended his time in Philly. An ACL tear in November 2015 ended that season prematurely and cost him the 1st half of 2016. Lewis played all 16 contests last season, however, as well as the 3 playoff games. He also exceeded 100 carries for the 1st time in his career. Now comes the Tennessee phase, where Lewis will split backfield work with Derrick Henry. DeMarco Murray's departure left behind a workload nearly identical to what Lewis saw in 2017: 184 carries and 39 catches (vs. Lewis' 180 and 32).
