The Bills have signed WR Jeremy Kerley to a 1-year deal. Kerley, who will turn 30 in November, has reached 50 catches twice in his 7 seasons, most recently in a 64-667-3 season with the Niners in 2016. He lost half of last year to injury and a 4-game PED suspension. We're not betting on fantasy relevance from the veteran in an ugly-looking Bills pass offense, but he should at least get a chance to compete for targets. Only Kelvin Benjamin and Zay Jones look like roster locks among the current WR corps.

Jets WR Jeremy Kerley will miss the next 4 games after the league suspended him for violating the PED policy. That's not a big deal for fantasy owners, but it does put a few more targets per week up for grabs. Robby Anderson, Jermaine Kearse and Austin Seferian-Jenkins could use the target volume. Kerley will be eligible to play again in Week 15 at New Orleans.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that the Jets have agreed to a 1-year deal with WR Jeremy Kerley. The veteran spent his 1st 5 seasons with the Jets before moving on to Detroit and then arriving in San Francisco via trade last summer. He wound up leading a bad Niners offense in receptions. Doing so for the Jets this season lies within the range of possible outcomes. This offense looks even worse. We still wouldn't bother with him in most fantasy football leagues at this point, though.

The Lions have agreed to a deal with former Jets WR Jeremy Kerley, according to ESPN's Adam Caplan. That will give Detroit a slot receiver -- and return man -- who caught a career-high 56 passes back in 2012. Kerley's role declined over the 3 years since, all the way down to just 16 receptions and a career-low 9.5 yards per catch last season. Don't expect Kerley to be relevant for most fantasy football leagues.

Jets HC Rex Ryan said WR Jeremy Kerley (elbow) will play against the Raiders this weekend.  He's looked "outstanding" in practice this week, per Ryan.  Kerley was the team's leading receiver when he went down in Week 9 and should move back into the starting lineup.  But he can't be trusted as a fantasy option with the Jets' QB mess.
