Bengals QB Joe Burrow (ACL) said Tuesday that he hopes to be ready for Week 1 of the 2021 campaign. "That's been the goal for me from the beginning," he said. "They say it's a nine-to-12-month recovery, and the first game is exactly nine months from my injury. We are on pace to do it right now. There is obviously a long road ahead and there are opportunities for setbacks along the road, but as far as right now, it's looking as good as it could for where I am at in the rehab process." Burrow is scheduled to start throwing again in mid-February, 12 weeks after surgery. His recovery will be 1 of the more important fantasy storylines to track this offseason.

Bengals QB Joe Burrow underwent what was deemed "successful surgery" on his left knee on Wednesday, according to a statement from the team. It's good news that Burrow was able to get repaired just 10 days after suffering the multi-ligament injury. He's still not a lock to be ready for the start of the 2021 campaign, but we'll keep you updated on his rehab progress.

Bengals QB Joe Burrow tore the ACL and MCL in his left knee in Sunday's loss to Washington. ESPN's Adam Schefter and Ben Baby add that he also suffered "other structural damage." We'll have to see about the recovery timeline for this. There's a chance it challenges Burrow's start to 2021. At the least, it seems almost certain to cut way into his on-field prep time for his 2nd season. Burrow's absence the rest of this year pushes Ryan Finley into the starting lineup and clearly downgrades the fantasy outlooks for Bengals WRs.

The "initial diagnosis" on Bengals QB Joe Burrow's left knee is a torn ACL, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. "There may be additional damage," Rapoport adds. Burrow has already tweeted that he's done for the season. We'll look for another update on the final damage and exactly how long Burrow will be sidelined. He might not be a lock for the start of the 2021 campaign. QB Ryan Finley will step in for Burrow the rest of the way -- a huge downgrade for the offense.

Bengals QB Joe Burrow suffered a left leg injury in the 3rd quarter of Sunday's game in Washington. He got high-lowed and bent awkwardly. Burrow was in obvious pain and carted off the field. This looks like a significant injury. QB Ryan Finley has replaced Burrow.

Update: Burrow is officially done for the day with a left knee injury, the team announced. Burrow later tweeted, "See ya next year." So it sounds like at least an ACL tear. We'll see about the official diagnosis.
