Broncos LB Josey Jewell got no injury status on the week's final report, which means his injured hamstring is ready for game action. HC Vic Fangio said Friday, though, that Jewell "may not" start against the Titans, according to the team website. Will he at least rotate in, though? "Possibly," Fangio said. "Depends how the game goes." Alexander Johnson started in Jewell's place last week and delivered 8 tackles, an INT and a pass breakup. It sounds as though the coach liked what he saw in Johnson. The lack of clarity means we can't use either LB in most IDP cases. We'll see what Week 6 reveals.
Broncos LB Josey Jewell is questionable for Sunday's game against the Jaguars. He returned to a limited practice Friday after missing the 1st 2 days with a hamstring injury that knocked him out of Week 3 a little early. We'd try not to use Jewell even if he's active Sunday. Denver also deemed S Kareem Jackson questionable after he missed the entire practice week with a hamstring issue. DE Derek Wolfe, meanwhile, is questionable with an ankle injury.
