Steelers WR JuJu Smith-Schuster (hamstring) is active for today’s game against the Patriots. He popped up on the injury report on Thursday and was limited again in Friday's practice. That adds some risk to the rookie’s fantasy profile, but he also carries plenty of upside in a likely shootout.

The rookie popped up on the injury report on Thursday and was limited on Friday. The hammy adds some risk to his Week 15 outlook, but Smith-Schuster also brings plenty of upside in what should be a shootout.

Steelers WR JuJu Smith-Schuster was added to Thursday's injury report as limited with a hamstring. Remember that he missed Week 12 with a hamstring injury -- although it's unclear if this is related. Check back tomorrow for another update on Smith-Schuster's status. He'll be a WR3 with upside if the hammy isn't an issue against the Patriots on Sunday.

The NFL has suspended Steelers WR JuJu Smith-Schuster 1 game for a violation of safety-related playing rules. He threw a crushing, blindside block on Bengals LB Vontaze Burfict on Monday night -- and then taunted him. Smith-Schuster is appealing the ban, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, but fantasy owners should prepare to be without him for Week 14. That'd leave Martavis Bryant as Pittsburgh's #2 WR vs. Baltimore. He's come on a bit lately with 13 catches, 152 yards and a score over his last 4 games.

Injury Predictor

Smith-Schuster's USC coaches said he's always nicked up because he goes all out on every snap. He had an injury-riddled 2016 but is healthy entering the summer. Given his play style, though, we'll have to monitor this rookie closely.
