NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that the Jaguars will place LB Myles Jack on IR today with the knee injury that cost him Week 13. That should lock in Donald Payne as the MLB starter the rest of the way. Payne racked up 13 tackles against the Buccaneers last week and looks like a high-ceiling IDP option for Week 14 against the Chargers.

It's tough to know whether Payne will take over all of Jack's snaps, and Jack has spent most of this year as a disappointing IDP performer.
