Washington ILB Perry Riley suffered a stress fracture in his right foot in Thursday's practice. He had surgery Friday and is expected to miss 3 to 6 weeks, according to the Washington Post. With 5 games left, that might cost Riley the rest of the season. He's certainly not worth clinging to in IDP leagues either way. Mason Foster -- who signed with the team in October -- will fill in. The other ILB starter, Keenan Robinson, remains a question mark after missing the past 3 games with a shoulder injury. He put in limited practices Thursday and Friday but reportedly has yet to regain full range of motion. Will Compton has been starting in his place.
Washington ILB Perry Riley left Sunday's win over the Buccaneers with a strained lower-leg muscle. That's bad news for a guy who has already missed time with a calf injury. Fortunately, Washington gets a Week 8 bye. We'll check on Riley's status on the other side (unless there's an update in the meantime).
Washington LB Perry Riley is active for today's game against the Falcons. He missed the past 2 games with a calf injury. We'd still be wary of using Riley -- a volatile option when fully healthy -- in his 1st game back. Keenan Robinson makes for a much safer IDP play among Washington LBs.
Washington LB Perry Riley is questionable for Sunday's game in Atlanta with the calf injury that cost him the past 2 games. We'll update his status Sunday morning. The situation will make him risky even if he plays, though. You're best off going another direction for your IDP lineup.
Washington LB Perry Riley is inactive for tonight's game
against the Giants because of a calf injury. His absence should only help fellow
ILB Keenan Robinson find tackle chances and put up solid fantasy numbers.
