The Cincinnati Enquirer reports that the Bengals will release rookie K Jake Elliott, meaning that veteran Randy Bullock has won the kicking job. Cincinnati drafted Elliott in Round 5, but he connected on just 4 of 7 FG attempts in the preseason, including a pair of misses in Thursday night's finale. Bullock went 6 of 7 and made both of his extra-point attempts. He originally joined the Bengals in December, when they dumped K Mike Nugent.
