Washington spent a 6th-round pick on WR Robert Davis out of Georgia State. The 6'3, 219-pound wideout crushed the Combine -- including a 4.44-second 40 -- to earn a 98th percentile SPARQ rank. His college production proved just decent, though, including 17 total TDs across 4 seasons. There's potential opportunity in Washington if he can develop, with Pierre Garcon and DeSean Jackson having left, Josh Doctson coming off a rookie year lost to injury and Terrelle Pryor on a 1-year contract.
