Broncos DE Derek Wolfe suffered a hairline fracture in his right elbow in Sunday night's loss to the Raiders and will miss "some time," according to Denver7's Troy Renck. It's obviously not yet clear just how long Wolfe will be out, but he's OK to drop for immediate help in most IDP leagues. Wolfe has enjoyed a good season to date, but that includes a replaceable 4.5 sacks through 8 games. Denver gets a bye after the Week 10 trip to New Orleans. It would be nice if fantasy owners could get Wolfe back at any point during an upside post-bye stretch that finds Kansas City, Jacksonville and Tennessee in consecutive weeks. If you can stash him down the bench in a deeper IDP league, that wouldn't be a bad move. DE Billy Winn is expected to start while Wolfe is out.
