Washington has ruled CB Josh Norman out for Monday night's game against the Eagles. The team had hoped to get Norman back from his rib injury but will play its 2nd straight game without him. Norman's absence doesn't matter much for IDP leagues, but it helps the fantasy outlook for Eagles lead WR Alshon Jeffery. The Philly wideout caught just 3 of 7 targets in the Week 1 victory at Washington, with Norman covering him most of the day. CB Bashaud Breeland (knee) and LB Mason Foster (shoulder) are questionable for the game.
