Ramsey missed his final 3 games in Jacksonville with a back injury. He's not a strong IDP option, but we should expect full playing time here. And we might get Ramsey shadowing Falcons WR Julio Jones. That would add upside to his fantasy outlook and makes Ramsey interesting for CB-required formats.

The Jaguars have ruled CB Jalen Ramsey out for Sunday's game against the Panthers. Ramsey will miss his 2nd straight contest with a back injury that he says has been an issue throughout his career. "Jalen's been working extremely hard to get back with this low-back issue and it hasn't been getting any better," HC Doug Marrone said Friday, according to ESPN's Mike DiRocco. We'll see where this goes.
