Patriots DL Michael Bennett is active for today's game against the Bills. He entered the day questionable with a shoulder injury and saw his snaps dip last week. LB Dont'a Hightower is inactive with his own shoulder injury. Neither should have factored into your IDP plans much, and Hightower's absence doesn't change the outlook for the New England team defense.
Eagles DE Michael Bennett (foot) and MLB Jordan Hicks (calf) are active for today's game against Washington. Both entered the day questionable. Bennett has played through "questionable" tags for weeks and should be fine for normal IDP usage. Hicks played just two-thirds of the snaps in last week's return from the multi-week calf injury and looks risky.
Eagles DE Michael Bennett (foot) and MLB Jordan Hicks (calf) are questionable for Sunday's game against Washington. Bennett has been playing through "questionable" tags for weeks and should be in for the finale as well. We'll certainly confirm his status Sunday. Hicks returned last week from 4 games down with the calf injury. He played just 66% of the snaps in that game. Then he missed Thursday's practice and spent Friday limited before the "questionable" designation. Hicks presents a lot of risk for IDP owners this week. But we'll update his status as well in case you're looking to take the plunge. We did move him down the Week 17 IDP rankings.
The Eagles left MLB Jordan Hicks off the final injury report after he put in full practices Thursday and Friday. Hicks started the week limited by the calf issue that cost him the past 4 games but looks ready for a full return. He'll find a Houston offense that presents a top-6 scoring matchup for fantasy LBs on the year. We've vaulted Hicks up the Week 16 IDP rankings. Elsewhere on the Philly D, DE Michael Bennett is questionable with his foot injury. He has played through questionable tags since Week 13 with the issue. We'll check his status Sunday morning.
Seahawks DE Michael Bennett is active for today's game against the Giants. He's dealing with a plantar fascia injury that's sure to be painful, but Bennett played nearly his usual full snap allotment even in the Week 5 game in which he got hurt. Use him as normal in IDP leagues.
Seahawks DE Michael Bennett is officially questionable for Sunday's game against the Giants because of the plantar fascia injury he suffered in Week 5, before the bye. But HC Pete Carroll expects Bennett to play, according to ESPN.com's Brady Henderson. He's fine to use as you normally would in IDP lineups. Bennett played a full share of snaps in the game in which he got hurt.
Seahawks DE Michael Bennett suffered an injury to the plantar fascia in his right foot in Sunday's win over the Rams, according to the Tacoma News Tribune. Bennett left in the game in the 2nd quarter but returned in the 2nd half and played through the issue. HC Pete Carroll said Monday that Bennett is "really sore" and that he's "going to need these couple of weeks here," referring to the team's Week 6 bye. We'll see about Bennett's status on the other side, but players often play through even painful plantar fascia issues.
The Seahawks have ruled S Earl Thomas (hamstring) out for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers. They'll also be without DE Michael Bennett (knee), who will miss his 5th straight game. CB DeShawn Shead (hamstring) is questionable after missing practice all week. He doesn't look like a good bet to play -- and would likely carry re-injury risk if he is active and playing.
The Seahawks have ruled DE Michael Bennett (knee) out for Sunday's game at New Orleans. Bennett suffered the injury back in Week 6 and sat out practice this week, but he started last week's game at Arizona and played 81 snaps. So this comes as a surprise. DE Frank Clark should see significantly more snaps in Bennett's absence, though the Saints matchup isn't great for sack upside. ESPN's Sheil Kapadia reports that Bennett will get his knee checked Monday for a cartilage issue that might require surgery. Seattle will also miss S Kam Chancellor (groin) this weekend for the 3rd straight game, leaving Kelcie McCray to start in his place again.
Seahawks HC Pete Carroll said Monday that DE Michael Bennett is feeling "pretty good" and that his "tests came back clear" after Bennett hurt his right knee Sunday, according to the Seattle Times. It doesn't seem like Bennett is heading for any further missed time, but we'll keep an eye on his practice participation this week.
Seahawks DE Michael Bennett left Sunday's win over the Falcons with a right knee injury after taking a low block from Atlanta OT Jake Matthews that left Bennett cussing as he recounted the play after the game. Bennett did say that he doesn't think the injury is major and that he expects to play in Week 7, according to ESPN's Sheil Kapadia. "A little sore, but we think he's OK," HC Pete Carroll added. "A little sore knee. We'll see what happens here in the next couple days."
Seahawks S Kam Chancellor (pelvis) and DE Michael Bennett (toe) are questionable for Sunday's game against the Rams. Chancellor missed practice all week and looks like a poor bet for your IDP lineup. Bennett put in a full practice Friday after limited work the previous 2 days. He seems likely to play but carries some risk with an injury that has bugged him for a while.
Bucs LDE Michael Bennett returned to a full practice Wednesday after missing the past 2 games with a groin injury. Beat writer Roy Cummings reports, however, that rookie Da'Quan Bowers will still make his 3rd straight start this weekend against the Jaguars. Bowers has been terrific in 2 appearances with Bennett out, including a huge fantasy day in Week 13. He's a good IDP play against Jacksonville RT Guy Whimper this week.
Bucs LDE Michael Bennett is doubtful after missing practice all week with a groin injury. Bennett's season-low 41 snaps against the Packers in Week 11 helped rookie Da'Quan Bowers match his season high of 28 snaps. The 2nd-round pick also produced his 1st QB hit and 1st 2-pressure game of the year, according to Pro Football Focus. Look for Bowers to get more playing time with Bennett out.
Bucs LDE Michael Bennett missed Wednesday's practice because of a groin strain. Bennett played his most snaps of the season in Sunday's win over the Saints, so either this was a late-occurring injury or something minor. We'll keep an eye on his status.
