Jets DC Dennis Thurman loves what he is seeing so far from LB David Harris.  The coach told NFL.com's Ian Rapoport that Harris "is probably playing better now than at any point since we've been here."  Thurman said Harris appears to be in better shape.  The staff also believes that the defense as a whole could be ready to step up.  Harris remains a down-the-list option among LBs in IDP fantasy football leagues.  But he does carry upside.  The team defense does as well after gaining talent at the 1st 2 levels and drafting CB Dee Milliner to help replace CB Darrelle Revis.

Jets LB David Harris is doubtful for Monday night's game at Arizona with a hamstring injury that kept him out of practice all week. HC Todd Bowles told NJ.com that the team would rotate Darron Lee, Erin Henderson and Bruce Carter at the ILB spots in Harris' absence. Lee's the top option, though his snap counts have varied widely. He should be a strong bet to play more than 75% of the snaps against the Cardinals with Harris out.

Jets LB David Harris left the 1st half of Sunday's game against the Steelers with a hamstring injury and is doubtful to return. We'll see about his outlook beyond this week.

Jets LB David Harris is active, as expected, at Kansas City today. He entered the weekend questionable but has been playing through the shoulder injury through 2 games so far. He's fine to use as you normally would in your IDP lineup.

Jets LB David Harris left Saturday night's win in Dallas with a back contusion in the 1st quarter. He did not return, leaving Erin Henderson to play in his place. We'll check on Harris' status this week heading into a rematch with the Patriots.
