NFL Network's Ian Rapoport confirms that Cardinals WR John Brown (hamstring) is on track to play against the Panthers today. WR Michael Floyd (hamstring), meanwhile, "has an uphill battle to do so." Floyd needs to be on fantasy benches at this point. His absence would mean more snaps for WR J.J. Nelson, who's a viable Week 8 flier. Brown is a WR3 with upside vs. Carolina's burnable secondary.
Bills WR John Brown (groin) isn’t listed on the final Week 7 injury report. He was limited on Wednesday and Thursday but put in a full practice on Friday. Fire up Brown as a WR2 with upside in a great spot at home for Miami.
Bills WR John Brown (groin) was limited again in Thursday's practice. HC Sean McDermott said afterward that Brown is dealing with "a little bit of tightness." It adds some risk to his Week 7 outlook, but Brown is still an upside play in a plus matchup vs. Miami.
Bills WR John Brown was limited in Wednesday's practice with a groin issue. It's a bit concerning considering Buffalo is coming off a bye -- plus Brown's lengthy injury history. Check back tomorrow for an update on his status
The Bills will be signing WR John Brown for 3 years at $27 million, according to multiple reports. Brown will join Robert Foster and Zay Jones in the top 3. He and Foster look best suited on the outside, with Jones' skills seeming to fit nicely in the slot. Of course, all will deal with the limited accuracy of QB Josh Allen. The move doesn't bode well for Brown's fantasy football consistency. There is upside, however. Allen led all qualifying QBs last year with 19.7% of his pass attempts traveling 20+ yards downfield (according to Pro Football Focus) -- an area in which Brown excels. Allen also ranked just 20th out of 24, however, in deep-ball accuracy (36.5%).
