Jaguars DE Calais Campbell (ankle) is active for today's game against the Texans. Campbell managed limited practices Thursday and Friday and reportedly told NFL Network's James Palmer after warmups that he's "good to go." We'd go ahead and use him in IDP lineups in nearly all cases for a high-upside matchup.

Jaguars DE Calais Campbell is questionable for Sunday's game against the Texans. Jacksonville lists him with an ankle injury, which he played through in Week 6. Campbell came away from that game with a new rib injury. Whatever the main ailment, he did put in limited practices Thursday and Friday after sitting out Wednesday. We'll check his status Sunday morning.

The Jaguars have added DL Calais Campbell to the injury report, listing him as questionable against the Patriots with a knee issue. We'll check on his status when the inactives come out later this morning. The matchup already has Campbell well down our DL rankings vs. his usual outlook.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that DE Calais Campbell has decided to sign a 4-year deal with the Jaguars. Wednesday night reports had Campbell likely to sign there, but the Broncos reportedly made a late push for the former Cardinal. Campbell reportedly chose Jacksonville's offer of about $2 million more per year and $6 million more in guaranteed money. (The fact that Florida residents pay no income tax likely factored in as well.) Campbell joins an ascending defense and what could be a stellar line. The Jaguars added DT Malik Jackson in free agency last year, got solid production from rookie DE Yannick Ngakoue and are still waiting on 2015 first-round DE Dante Fowler to reach his potential. Campbell's best IDP days might be behind him, but he should remain at least a solid D-line play in tackle-friendly fantasy football leagues. The Jacksonville team D carries interesting upside in early 2017 fantasy drafts.

Cardinals DE Calais Campbell is active for today's clash with the Eagles. He has been out since taking an illegal hit to his right knee against the Broncos in Week 5. Campbell's a top IDP lineman when healthy, but the uncertain status of his knee this week makes him very risky for your fantasy football lineup this week -- especially given the strength of Eagles LT Jason Peters.

Cardinals HC Bruce Arians has deemed DE Calais Campbell a game-time decision for Sunday's matchup with the Eagles. The 4:05 p.m. ET kickoff plus uncertainty about his knee makes Campbell not worth waiting on for many IDP owners. But we'll be tracking his game status on Sunday for those hoping to use him. For what it's worth, Campbell told AZCentral.com that he's optimistic. "If it feels the same way on Sunday as it feels now, then if it's up to me, I'll be playing," he said Friday.
