The Rams have ruled S Lamarcus Joyner (ankle) out for Sunday's finale against the 49ers.
The Raiders have reached a 4-year deal with S Lamarcus Joyner, per multiple reports. He should take over the free safety spot for Oakland, which spent 2018 rotating players there. The Rams already added Eric Weddle for Joyner's old post.
Rams S Lamarcus Joyner will sign his franchise tender Monday and begin offseason training with his teammates, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. In his 1st season as a full-time starter, Joyner finished 2017 as Pro Football Focus' #3 graded safety, despite losing 3 early games to a hamstring injury. He snagged 3 INTs and defensed 9 passes. Joyner spent much of his 1st 3 seasons at CB, including extensive work in the slot. IDP owners should keep an eye on him in DB2 range come draft time this summer.
The Rams have ruled out DB Lamarcus Joyner (hamstring) for Sunday's game in Dallas. Joyner has yet to get back on the field since leaving the Week 3 Thursday night game in the 1st half with that injury. We'll see about his status for Week 5.
Rams HC Sean McVay said Friday that S Lamarcus Joyner will be day-to-day next week after he suffered a hamstring strain in Thursday night's win over the Niners. Joyner left in the 2nd quarter and did not return. He had gotten off to a nice start for IDP owners but will be droppable for a replacement in most leagues if he's set to miss Week 4 (or more).
Rams CB Lamarcus Joyner is active for today's game at Tampa Bay. He will continue to play through a broken toe that didn't seem to limit his numbers in Week 2. Use Joyner as you normally would in your IDP lineup.
