The Ravens added Oklahoma State RB Justice Hill in the 4th round of the 2019 NFL Draft. Hill was 3-year producer for the Cowboys, totaling 3,539 yards and 30 TDs on 5.6 yards per carry, plus a 49-304-1 receiving line. He crushed the Combine, clocking a 4.40-second 40 time and earning an 89th percentile SPARQ score at 5’10, 198 pounds. Hill projects as a change-of-pace back as a pro but lands in a nice spot with the run-focused Ravens.
