Kittle a full-go Thursday | Shark Bites | Draft Sharks

49ers TE George Kittle (ankle) returned to a full practice on Thursday after sitting out on Wednesday. It's confirmation that he'll be ready for his usual role in this weekend's NFC Championship against the Packers.

Recent Shark Bites

49ers TE George Kittle was held out of Wednesday's practice with what's been reported as a sore ankle. This doesn't sound like something that'll impact his availability for this weekend's NFC Championship game vs. the Packers, but we'll continue to keep an eye on the situation.

49ers TE George Kittle (knee) is officially active for tonight’s game against the Packers. On top of the knee issue, he’ll reportedly be playing through a broken bone in his ankle that still hasn’t fully healed. We’ll see how he holds up.

49ers TE George Kittle broke a bone in his ankle during the Week 9 win over the Cardinals, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. Kittle somehow finished out that game but has been sidelined the past 2 weeks. The ankle still isn't fully healed, according to Schefter, but Kittle is expected to play against the Packers tonight. It obviously adds risk to his Week 12 outlook. We'll see how he fares.

Matt Maiocco reports that the 49ers consider TE George Kittle a "game-time decision" for Sunday night's game against the Packers. Maiocco says that Kittle's goal "all along" has been to return for the Green Bay game. We'll keep an eye out for some indication early Sunday that the Niners expect him to play. If you're trying to wait on Kittle, though, you'll need to make sure you have insurance.

49ers TE George Kittle (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday night’s game against the Packers. He got in limited practices on Thursday and Friday and has sounded optimistic about his availability. That late kickoff makes it a tricky situation for fantasy owners, though. Hopefully we get a Kittle update on Sunday morning.
