Saints K Blake Grupe (groin) is active for today’s game vs. the Lions. He was listed as questionable after a limited week of practice and carries elevated risk in Week 13 fantasy lineups.

Saints WR Chris Olave (concussion) is active for today’s game vs. the Lions. He was a full-go in practice on Friday and should play his usual role today. Olave sits high in the Week 13 WR Rankings.

Saints WR Chris Olave (concussion) is expected to play vs. the Lions today, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. Olave made quick progress through the protocol and should be ready for his usual role today. Detroit's defense has struggled lately, allowing a WR to top 20 PPR points in each of the last three weeks. See where Olave lands in the Week 13 WR Rankings.

Saints Edge Cameron Jordan (ankle) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Lions. Jordan missed practice all week. HC Dennis Allen said Friday that the team will give Jordan "a chance to play until [the] last moment," according to Mike Triplett of NewOrleans.Football. You should plan as though Jordan won't be available for your IDP lineup.

The Saints have ruled LB Pete Werner (shoulder, oblique) and S Marcus Maye (shoulder) out for Sunday's game against the Lions. We wouldn't target a replacement for either in IDP lineups, though Werner's absence can only help the tackle upside for LB Demario Davis.

Saints K Blake Grupe (groin) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Lions. It probably makes sense to go with a healthier kicker in your Week 13 fantasy lineups.

Saints RB Kendre Miller (ankle) remained sidelined in practice all week and is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Lions. Jamaal Williams will again operate as New Orleans’ No. 2 RB but isn’t a fantasy option.

Saints WR Rashid Shaheed (thigh) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Lions. He didn’t practice all week and might miss more time beyond Week 13.

Saints WR Chris Olave (concussion) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Lions. He got in limited practices on Wednesday and Thursday and was a full participant on Friday. HC Dennis Allen said Friday that Olave “has a chance” to play on Sunday – confirmation that he still has at least one stage of the protocol to pass through. We’ll look for further updates on Olave’s status and will get New Orleans’ inactives around 11:30 am ET on Sunday. Olave will be a borderline WR1 if he’s cleared.

Saints WR Chris Olave (concussion) remained limited in Thursday's practice. He still has some work to do to clear the protocol but at least has a chance to play vs. the Lions on Sunday. We'll update his progress again tomorrow.

Saints WR Chris Olave (concussion) got in a limited practice on Wednesday. So he's made some good progress through the protocol, giving him a chance to be cleared in time for Sunday's game vs. the Lions. We'll update Olave's status again tomorrow.

Saints WR Rashid Shaheed (quad) is "likely" to miss Sunday's game against the Lions, according to insider Nick Underhill. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport adds that Shaheed avoided a major injury, so he can stay stashed on benches in deeper fantasy leagues. WR Chris Olave is also iffy for Week 13 with his concussion, which could leave A.T. Perry, Keith Kirkwood, and Lynn Bowden as New Orleans' top three WRs. We'd expect to see a lot of Alvin Kamara, Taysom Hill, and Juwan Johnson in that case.

The Saints placed CB Marshon Lattimore (knee) on IR ahead of Sunday's loss to the Falcons. That means he'll miss at least three more games, improving the WR matchups for the Lions, Panthers, and Giants the next three weeks. Unfortunately for us, that trio of teams doesn't feature many WRs worth plugging into starting lineups in common-sized fantasy football leagues.

Saints WR Chris Olave put up stellar numbers in Week 12 vs. the Falcons. The second-year wideout hauled in 7 of his team-leading 9 targets for 114 receiving yards, the most he’s logged in a game in 2023. Olave is now averaging 10 targets per game since Week 6 with just two games of fewer than 16 PPR points in that span. He unfortunately left with a concussion in the third quarter of action, so we won’t be too sure of his availability for Week 13 vs. the Lions. Assuming he’s able to pass through the NFL’s concussion protocol before next Sunday, he’ll be in a great spot against a Detroit defense that ranks as the 11th-best WR matchup per our adjusted fantasy points allowed this season.

Saints WR Chris Olave has been ruled out of Sunday's game vs. the Falcons with a concussion. That ends a big day for Olave, who had caught seven of nine targets for 114 yards. This is his third documented concussion. We'll track Olave's progress through the protocol this week, but he's more likely than not to miss Week 13.

Saints WR Rashid Shaheed suffered a thigh injury in the first half of Sunday's game vs. the Falcons. He's officially questionable to return. With WR Michael Thomas on IR, Shaheed's absence leaves New Orleans with WR Chris Olave, A.T. Perry, Lynn Bowden, and Keith Kirkwood.

Saints QB Derek Carr (concussion) put in a full week of practice and isn’t listed on the final Week 12 injury report. He’ll start Sunday’s game vs. the Falcons but is only in play in 2-QB and Superflex fantasy leagues.

Saints RB Kendre Miller (ankle) is out for Sunday’s game vs. Falcons. The rookie didn’t practice all week. Jamaal Williams will continue to operate as New Orleans’ No. 2 RB but isn’t a viable fantasy play.

Saints QB Derek Carr (concussion) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice. Barring a setback, he'll be under center this weekend. Carr sits 19th in our Week 12 QB rankings in a matchup against Atlanta's 29th-ranked QB defense.

Saints QB Derek Carr remains in the concussion protocol. The news comes straight from HC Dennis Allen. New Orleans doesn’t play until Sunday, so there’s time for Carr to get cleared coming off the bye week. For now, though, there’s at least a chance we'll see more of Jameis Winston. He’s a low-dollar speculative add for superflex managers seeking a short-term boost.
