The Jets believe WR Corey Davis suffered an MCL sprain in Sunday's win over the Broncos, according to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo. HC Robert Saleh said afterwards that it's not a long-term injury. We should get a more concrete timeline for Davis on Monday. His absence will leave Garrett Wilson and Elijah Moore (assuming he stays with the team) as the Jets' clear top-2 WRs. This has been an extremely run-heavy offense under QB Zach Wilson, but New York might throw it a bit more going forward without RB Breece Hall.

Jets WR Corey Davis is questionable to return to Sunday's game vs. the Broncos with a knee injury. With WR Elijah Moore scratched, Davis' absence leaves New York with WRs Garrett Wilson, Braxton Berrios, Jeff Smith and Denzel Mims.

Jets HC Robert Saleh announced Friday that WR Elijah Moore won't play vs. the Broncos this weekend. Moore requested a trade earlier this week after going without a target in last week's win over the Packers. The Jets, as of now, say they're not trading him. We'll see where this goes. WR Denzel Mims is expected to replace Moore in the starting lineup on Sunday but isn't a viable fantasy play. WRs Garrett Wilson and Corey Davis get slight boosts with Moore out but remain uninspiring fantasy options in this run-heavy offense.

Jets HC Robert Saleh announced Wednesday that QB Zach Wilson has been medically cleared from the meniscus tear and bone bruise he suffered in his knee in mid-August. Barring a setback this week, Wilson will start Sunday's game vs. the Steelers. He shouldn't be in fantasy lineups, but we'll see what he means for New York's skill-position guys. QB Joe Flacco currently leads the NFL with 155 pass attempts but completed just 59% of them and averaged an ugly 5.8 yards per attempt. Wilson is certainly capable of beating those numbers.

Jets WRs Garrett Wilson and Elijah Moore drew a matching 10 targets in Sunday's loss to the Bengals, trailing only rookie RB Breece Hall (11). Wilson caught 6 balls for 60 yards. Moore secured 4 for 49. Moore once again led the group in playing time, staying on the field for 28 more snaps and running 19 more routes than Wilson. But the rookie has consistently been targeted on a higher percentage of his routes. According to Pro Football Focus numbers, Wilson has been targeted on 25.6% of his routes, vs. 13.1% for Moore. We'll see how QB Zach Wilson's impending return from a knee injury affects that. Corey Davis remained between Moore and Wilson in playing time but trailed them in targets (5) and production (2 catches, 27 yards). TE Tyler Conklin led the Jets in receptions (8) and receiving yards (84) on 8 targets in the loss to Cincinnati.

Jets WR Corey Davis (knee) is active for today’s game vs. the Bengals. He was added to the injury report on Thursday and limited again in Friday’s practice. Davis isn’t an enticing fantasy option at less than 100%.

Jets WR Corey Davis (knee) is questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Bengals. He was added to the injury report on Thursday and limited again in Friday’s practice. Davis isn’t an enticing fantasy option at less than 100%. His absence would be a boost for WRs Elijah Moore and Garrett Wilson.

Jets WR Corey Davis (knee) was added to Thursday's injury report and limited in practice. We'll have a better idea of his status for this weekend's game vs. the Bengals tomorrow. Davis' absence would be a boon to WRs Garrett Wilson and Elijah Moore.

Jets WR Corey Davis hauled in a 66-yard TD late in Sunday’s win over the Browns. Holding a 6-point lead, the Cleveland secondary inexplicably allowed Davis to get wide open deep with 1:32 left to play. Davis had a 10-yard catch wiped out by holding, but otherwise, Sunday was largely an uneventful day outside of the long score. He managed only 2 catches and 4 targets, 4th most on the squad and a lowly 9% team share. He’ll likely forecast as a WR4 this week vs. Cincinnati.

Corey Davis led Jets wideouts in targets in Sunday's loss to the Ravens. Davis tallied 9 in a game that found QB Joe Flacco spread 59 attempts around pretty evenly. Only rookie RB Breece Hall (10) beat Davis, while RB Michael Carter tied the veteran WR. Rookie WR Garrett Wilson drew 8 looks, with 7 going to WR Elijah Moore and 6 to WR Braxton Berrios. TE Tyler Conklin garnered 7 of 8 TE targets, with the other going to Lawrence Cager. Davis tied for 2nd among Jets with 6 receptions and led the team with 77 receiving yards. Only 1 other Jet reached 50 yards, and no one else exceeded 52.

ESPN's Rich Cimini said Wednesday that he expects Jets WR Corey Davis to have a "bounce-back year," now that he's healthy. Cimini also said he thinks Davis' name will come up in trade rumors during the year. He stopped short of projecting a trade, though such a move could make sense. The Jets added 1st-round WR Garrett Wilson to WR Elijah Moore. Davis has 1 more year on his contract. Davis has been going late enough in drafts that there's no risk to taking a shot on him.

Jets WR Corey Davis will undergo season-ending core-muscle surgery on Tuesday, HC Robert Saleh said. This sounds like a sports hernia, but we'll look for further updates. Davis should be fine for the 2022 offseason. He ends up playing just 9 games in his 1st year with the Jets, averaging 3.8 catches and 54.7 yards per game. Davis is signed through 2 more seasons and should start alongside WR Elijah Moore next year. Moore should be New York's clear target leader the rest of this season.

Jets WR Corey Davis aggravated his groin injury in the 2nd half of Sunday's game vs. the Eagles. He's officially questionable to return, but we don't expect to see him back out there.
