Lions WR Amon-Ra St. Brown (concussion) got in a limited practice on Wednesday. Lions HC Dan Campbell said earlier this week that St. Brown wasn't actually diagnosed with a concussion, but the new protocols still require him to go through this process. Barring a surprise, he'll be cleared for Sunday's game vs. the Dolphins.

Lions HC Dan Campbell said Monday that WR Amon-Ra St. Brown has not been diagnosed with a concussion. He was pulled from the loss to Dallas because of the league's new protocol that requires players who show signs of ataxia to be removed. It's a tough break for St. Brown fantasy owners, but the good news is that he should be cleared to play vs. the Dolphins this weekend.

He checked in just 4th among Detroit wideouts in playing time for the game, trailing Josh Reynolds (10 targets), Kalif Raymond (7) and Tom Kennedy (1) in playing time. St. Brown did still claim 6 targets to rank 3rd on the team, catching for for 18 yards. He drew a target on 37.5% of routes for the game, pointing to the opportunity upside that awaits as St. Brown works back to full health. A Week 6 bye should help.

Fox Sports' Jay Glazer reports that the Lions' "plan" is for WR Amon-Ra St. Brown to play 20-30 snaps vs. the Patriots today -- but that he could end up playing more if that ankle is feeling good. It puts fantasy owners in a tough spot. St. Brown could still produce a nice fantasy day on limited snaps, but it obviously lowers both his floor and ceiling. We just moved St. Brown down the WR Rankings.

Lions WR Amon-Ra St. Brown (ankle) is active for today’s game vs. the Patriots. He got in just a limited practice on Friday – his 1st since going down in Week 3 – so it’s tough to know how close to 100% he’ll be for this one. St. Brown sets up as a high-risk/high-reward Week 5 fantasy play. See where he sits in the WR Rankings.

NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reports that Lions WR Amon-Ra St. Brown (ankle) is expected to play today against the Patriots. He made it back for just 1 limited practice this week, so there's still some risk. But St. Brown operated as the dominant #1 target before going down this season and would carry significant PPR upside.

St. Brown and Chark missed Week 4 and appear to be in danger of missing Sunday's game vs. the Patriots. We'll see about Reynolds and Cephus. Tom Kennedy, Kalif Raymond and Maurice Alexander are Detroit's healthy WRs right now. Check back tomorrow for another update.

The Lions have ruled WR Amon-Ra St. Brown (ankle) out for Sunday's game against the Seahawks. And that's not the only injury at play in this pass-catching corps. TE T.J. Hockenson (foot), WR D.J. Chark (ankle) and Josh Reynolds (ankle) are also dealing with injuries that have cost them practice time this week. Khalif Raymond and Quintez Cephus sit behind that group if any others wind up inactive. HC Dan Campbell also said Friday that RB D'Andre Swift is "probably out" for the game. We'll update official statuses for others as they come out.
