Bengals WR Tee Higgins (ankle) remained sidelined for Thursday's practice. He was spotted doing some rehab work on a side field but is looking unlikely to play vs. the Saints this weekend. We'll get another update on Higgins tomorrow.

Bengals WR Tee Higgins (ankle) did not practice on Wednesday. As Higgins owners are well aware, he lasted just 10 snaps this past Sunday night before aggravating that ankle injury and sitting out the rest of the game. We'll see what Higgins does the next 2 days, but he'll need at least 1 full practice to be a confident Week 6 fantasy play.

Bengals QB Joe Burrow managed just 217 yards, 1 TD and 1 INT in Sunday night's meeting with a Ravens defense he slaughtered last year. Granted, this Baltimore D is healthier and Tee Higgins left early after aggravating his sprained ankle. But Burrow can't blame the protection this time. According to Pro Football Focus, no QB faced a lower rate of pressure in Week 5. Burrow took only 2 sacks among 38 dropbacks. He targeted WR Ja'Marr Chase a team-high 12 times but connected on just 7 for 50 yards. TE Hayden Hurst ranked 2nd in targets (7) and receptions (6), led the team with 53 receiving yards and caught Cincinnati's only TD pass. Burrow added a 1-yard TD on the ground. Week 6 brings a decent matchup with New Orleans, and Burrow sits a nice 7th among QBs in fantasy points per game for the year so far.

Bengals HC Zac Taylor on Monday labeled WR Tee Higgins "day-to-day" with a sprained ankle. Higgins, of course, ended up going catch-less on just 10 snaps in Sunday night's loss to the Ravens. He was limited in practice all week leading up to that game and listed as questionable on the final injury report. We'll keep a close eye on his practice participation this week. He'll need to get in at least 1 full practice to be a comfortable Week 6 fantasy start.

Bengals TE Hayden Hurst found the end zone and led the team with 53 yards on 6 catches. Hurst scored on an awesome individual effort where he was able to extend the ball right at the goal line. Missing Tee Higgins (ankle, 10 snaps played) helped, but the former Raven has now seen 7+ targets in 3 of 5 appearances. Hurst will get another boost if Higgins is unable to suit up for Sunday’s game at New Orleans.

Bengals TE Tee Higgins aggravated the ankle injury that had him questionable coming into Sunday night's game vs. the Ravens. He's officially questionable to return but barely played in the 2nd quarter. Higgins owners might be left with a goose egg in this one. WR Mike Thomas is filling in for Higgins.

Bengals WR Tee Higgins (ankle) is active for tonight’s game vs. the Ravens. He was limited in practice all week and listed as questionable, but we never heard any concern about his status.

Bengals WR Tee Higgins (ankle) is expected to play vs. the Ravens tonight, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. Higgins was limited in practice all week, but we never sensed any concern about his availability for this one. He's safe to keep in Week 5 fantasy lineups.

Bengals WR Tee Higgins (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday night's game vs. the Ravens after a limited week of practice. He tweaked that ankle in last Thursday night's win over Miami but was able to return to the game. We're expecting him to be out there vs. Baltimore, but hopefully we get confirmation on Sunday morning.

Bengals QB Joe Burrow rebounded from a pair of shaky outings to post his best fantasy outing so far this season in Sunday's win over the Jets. Burrow tallied 275 yards and 3 TDs, hitting Samaje Perine, Ja'Marr Chase and Tyler Boyd for scores. Chase led the team with 10 targets but managed only 29 yards on his 6 receptions. Boyd checked in 4th with 5 targets but caught 4 of them for 105 yards. His big strike was a 56-yard catch-and-run TD. Higgins proved steadiest, catching 5 balls for 93 yards among 7 looks. Cincinnati gets a home date with the Dolphins this Thursday night, then visits to Baltimore and New Orleans.

Bengals WR Tee Higgins (concussion) is active for today’s game vs. the Cowboys. He should be ready for his usual role and is a high-upside WR2 play.

Bengals WR Tee Higgins (concussion) is expected to play vs. the Cowboys today, "barring a setback," according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. We won't get Cincinnati's inactives until 3 pm ET, but Higgins sounds safe to get into fantasy lineups. It wouldn't be a bad idea to have a late-game replacement rostered just in case Higgins has a setback.

Bengals WR Tee Higgins (concussion) is listed as questionable for this weekend's game vs. the Cowboys. He got in a limited practice on Wednesday before being excused on Thursday to attend his father's funeral. Higgins then returned to a full practice on Friday, seemingly putting him on track to be cleared for Sunday's game. We should get another update on Higgins on Saturday.

Bengals WR Tee Higgins missed Thursday's practice for personal reasons. That's unlikely to keep him from playing vs. the Cowboys this weekend, but he still has work to do to clear the concussion protocol. We'll update Higgins' progress tomorrow.

Bengals WR Tee Higgins (concussion) was able to put in a limited practice on Wednesday. That means he's made some progress through the protocol and has a shot to be cleared for Sunday's game vs. the Cowboys. We'll continue to monitor his progress.

Bengals HC Zac Taylor confirmed Monday that WR Tee Higgins is in the concussion protocol. Taylor said "the conversations are encouraging" -- whatever that means. Consider Higgins no better than 50/50 to be cleared in time for Sunday's game vs. the Cowboys. His absence would be a boost to WR Tyler Boyd and TE Hayden Hurst.

Bengals WR Tee Higgins went to the locker room in the 1st half to be evaluated for a concussion. We'll watch for results of that testing.

Update: Higgins has been ruled out. We'll watch his progress through the concussion protocol this week.

Bengals WR Tee Higgins continues to be eased into practice after offseason shoulder surgery. But HC Zac Taylor has no concerns about his readiness for the start of the season. “On the physical part of things, he’s ready. I know he feels great. I know he’s ready to go, and trust me, he tells me every day," Taylor said. "But it’s good to slowly integrate him in there, so he’s been doing the one-on-ones. He’ll do seven-on-sevens going forward. I think that he feels really good, and man, he’s really attacked that rehab the right way and looks really good.” Higgins is safe to draft in the late 2nd or early 3rd round of fantasy drafts.

Bengals HC Zac Taylor confirmed on Tuesday that WR Tee Higgins (shoulder) is on track to be ready for training camp. Higgins underwent surgery to repair his left labrum in March and is doing rehab work at this week's OTA sessions. We'll continue to monitor his progress, but Higgins is fine to draft at ADP in early best balls.
