Rashid Shaheed's Preseason Player Analysis"Not a lot of optimism" for Chris Olave
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and ESPN's Adam Schefter both call Saints WR Chris Olave (ankle) a game-time decision for today's meeting with the Giants. But Rapoport adds that "there is not a lot of optimism that he can go." That's not a surprise after Olave missed practice all week. With WR Michael Thomas still on IR, Olave's absence would leave Rashid Shaheed as the best fantasy bet in New Orleans' WR corps. A.T. Perry, Lynn Bowden, Keith Kirkwood, and Marquez Callaway would round out the group. Olave's absence could also mean bigger roles for TE Taysom Hill and RB Alvin Kamara in the passing game. We've removed Olave from the Week 15 Rankings and updated Saints projections.
Rashid Shaheed will play Week 15
Saints WR Rashid Shaheed (thigh) is not listed on the final Week 15 injury report. He was a full-go in Friday’s practice, so he shouldn’t be limited in this weekend’s game vs. the Giants. Shaheed is an upside WR4 option and will get a boost if WR Chris Olave misses with his ankle injury.

Rashid Shaheed won't play Week 14
Saints insider Nick Underhill confirms that WR Rashid Shaheed (groin) will not play vs. the Panthers on Sunday. Shaheed's quad injury is "more serious than initially believed," Underhill adds. "Initially thought to be a contusion, a second opinion showed it is more serious." It sounds like there's a good chance that Shaheed misses more time beyond Week 14. He's droppable in most redraft fantasy leagues.

Saints WR Rashid Shaheed (thigh) is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Panthers. He didn’t practice all week, so fantasy owners certainly shouldn’t count on him in Week 14 lineups. We’ll get New Orleans’ inactives around 11:30 am ET on Sunday.
