Broncos LB Alex Singleton revealed to teammates Monday that he had surgery Friday to remove a cancerous testicular tumor. It's not yet clear how much time he'll miss, but he says the outlook is good. Singleton said the diagnosis came within the past couple of weeks after the NFL's random drug-testing program detected elevated levels of the hormone hcG. A follow-up with a urologist found the cancerous growth.

The Broncos have opened the 21-day practice window for LB Dre Greenlaw, who spent the past four weeks on IR for a nagging quad injury. That gives the team three weeks to either activate Greenlaw or put him on season-ending IR.

The Broncos have ruled LB Dre Greenlaw out for Sunday's game against the Titans. That's not a surprise after Greenlaw missed practice all week. It appears Greenlaw has had a setback with the quad he injured back in April.
