Despite the addition of rookie Trey Benson, Conner remained the clear starter in 2024. Arizona even signed the veteran to an extension in November of '24, although we'd see his momentum hit a wall in 2025. A September ankle injury cost him the rest of the season and required surgery. We'd bet against a rebound in 2026, especially with the Cardinals adding elite prospect Jeremiyah Love.
