Raiders QB Geno Smith (shoulder) won't practice on Wednesday and is considered "unlikely" to play vs. the Eagles this weekend, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. That'll put QB Kenny Pickett under center for Vegas. He went 8-of-11 for 97 yards and a score in relief of Smith last week but owns a career 62.5% completion rate and 6.3 yards-per-attempt average. Smith has been mostly bad for the Raiders this year, but don't expect Pickett to be a tangible upgrade. Vegas is implied for a week-low 13.25 points in Philadelphia.

QB Kenny Pickett handled mop up duty, completing 5 of 7 passes for 64 yards and 1 TD. We'll look for more info on Smith's injury, but this will continue to be a QB room to avoid in fantasy lineups.
